Good help must be hard to find. Gabe, the bartender is horrible! Toothpick in his mouth, ear bud in one ear listening to music while working. The woman bartender had to keep getting him from hanging out with his buddies because people needed drinks or wanted to pay their tabs. Also, their hours are not right either. Make sure you call first before showing up. If you are planning on sitting at the bar make sure Gabe is not working or you will be disappointed. The atmosphere and décor of the restaurant is nice and relaxed.

If I could give zero stars I would. We’re here for a dance competition and my husband stayed while we went to awards. The whole staff was sitting in the corner doing nothing while he sat for 45 min and nobody came back. He had to go to the bar to fill his own drink and get the host to get his check and box our food. As I’m writing this review they’re all still sitting there doing nothing. May I add he was also the only table in the whole restaurant.

Our server (Chris) was awesome. Funny, personable and good even though he was new. However, the food was subpar and our drinks weren’t up until after our food came!
What prompted me to leave this review though was the manager. We asked him for a pen and instead of just handing us one of the pens he had, he went and berated our server for not giving us one.
Then we watched him chug down a beer while rolling napkins at a table in front of guests. He was unaware of the many issues that were occurring around him and paid no attention to the stressed out staff.
Great staff. EXTREMELY poor management and subpar food.

Website says they’re open till 1230, we arrived before midnight and they would not serve us, even though we explained that we had just had our car broke down and had to take a 20 minute Uber in the rain to get there. Soaking wet, he would not even let me personally speak to the manager. He only kept telling us that they would not serve us even one drink. Horrible service and I want to make people aware not to come here

We had lunch here right before our flight out. We had Terry as our server and he was awesome! The. Food was very very good! The chicken sandwich and pastrami were exceptional. I would definitely recommend as a bite to eat before flying out.

This place is disgusting. The only thing good was our server (until she was seen smiling at us while talking with manager about our complaint) and the mozzarella sticks. The fish and chips was gross and the size of a fish stick, for $22 each, then when we complained and questioned it, they would not comp us. Our server also told us she was embarassed to serve it to us. Advertised as haddock and was clearly frozen cod. Perhaps from the freezer section at market basket. We both ordered fish and chips and refused to take money off and offer us lemon squares, great thanks… you probably spit on them…. This place deserves to be visited by the BOH and closed.

You get an extra star for convenience. The prices were expectedly high, though even higher than that. The staff…oh man. Not only did they seem like they didn’t want to be there, they didn’t seem to enjoy their fellow employees or the prospect of the money they could make from the convention going on. The staff yelling overheads of customers, not greeting or welcoming. The waitress one night was alright. I understood the kitchen was busy. The next day the bar crew was terrible. They didn’t greet anyone, no acknowledgement of new customers, and when finally attended to, just not friendly at all. Seemed to hate their jobs. The breakfast crew-I don’t know if that is all-star too but they were fantastic. The main bar, lunch and dinner- there are plenty of other places closeto the hotel.

Truthfully our bartender for the evening was extremely rude and incredibly slow managing the bar when it was not crowded. He wasn’t friendly or personable at all and seemed to be in a miserable mood all of the night. The person who made the experience worth it was Mamadou. He is absolutely incredible. Such a genuine human being and so kind and helpful to his staff and the customers. He was running around all night working harder than anyone else there and probably being paid the least. I will go back just for him! He was amazing and I appreciate all the hard work he puts in to his work!!!!

Good food for a nice price. Atmosphere is relaxing. Serving sizes are big. But. When a comicon convention or first event conference takes over the grounds. Service can handle the rush at the bar. As for food. It slows.

Hotel food. Not bad if you want something delivered to your room. As a Bar & Grill it is lacking. Food was cold. Pulled pork sandwich was soggy. Again, not bad hotel food. Not a Bar & Grill. Manager did notice food was uneaten and took it off the bill. Still left hungry.
