It was my first time in this Subway and from my initial stance in line it seemed clean which is important for me.
Just as important is service! The fella ahead of me seemed rude and not engaged (because he was on his phone scrolling) as if he was the only person ordering food.
Nonetheless, he was treated as if he was valued. At the register he was asked if he had the app. Okay, fine. But when I was at the register the young Indian guy was short didnt ask me the same question and when I asked why did he not ask me for that info his response was that the guy before me comes ALL the time … well guess what it was my FIRST EXPERIENCE and more than likely the LAST!!
You should learn to not profile or discriminate because you never know who will enter your establishment.

Very disappointing experience. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service was completely lacking, and it made an otherwise simple visit uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location.

Best Subway I have been to in a long time. Unlike some Subway locations this one has everything fresh, and prepared, with the teriyaki sauce already mixed into the chicken. And the Terayaki Chicken subs taste great because of it. Much better than some other Subway locations.

If you order online and expect to get everything you asked for, DON’T. Consistently forget items on bowls. I just got a “ club” bowl that is supposed to have turkey, ham and bacon and 2x the cheese. No bacon or cheese whatsoever. So annoying. Especially when it’s printed out right in front of them.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this Subway! Their customer service is awful. I found a glove in my food, they did not want to provide complimentary water and food was not good. My sandwich had OLD tomoatoes, the meatball subs were dry and okay. I contacted the owner and the response was less then ideal. DO NOT tip! This place is awful and if I could give it negative stars, I would.

The employee was very nice and the food was delicious. I was made aware that she didn’t get the credit card tip at checkout. So the owner sitting at home gets it! I was going for the good service and friendly employee. I gave her a cash tip to make up for it. The piece needs to refund everyone’s tip back to their cards. This is not a way to run a business! Would of been 5 stars if I didn’t get robbed by the owner!

Ordered a six inch sub to go and when I get home the roll is so hard that I had to throw most of it away because it was uneatable. What happened to this Subway, it use to be good. I guess new owners don’t care to sell old dried out bread. No wonder brand is going down!! Unacceptable. Good way to lose customer.

This location does appear very clean. My food has always been provided promptly and diligently. They have recently been more generous when extra veggies are requested, which is a big deal for me.
Cons:
I’d recommend ordering online. While I’m fluent in Spanish and English, there is still a perceived communication barrier here at rare times, so a nonverbal interface is easier for both parties.

Food is good, service is good. Do not go here for sweet tea. We went here at 10:00 AM. Went there 8 times and the tea was good and ready one time. All other times it was sour or wasn’t ready. Went on to the subway web site to let them know and this is part of the response. ” We clean the tea pot every day. If it’s old, we do inform the customer and make them a fresh Tea. Usually it’s a very low selling item and you should have noticed that most of the time we only make Tea after you make a request.” So decide for yourselves. I will not be returning.
