I hadn’t been to Long John Silver’s in about a year because the last few times I went the experience just wasn’t very good. The food and service back then kind of made me stop going. But I decided to give it another try recently and I was honestly pretty surprised.
It was very busy when we got there so we did have to wait a little while, but the manager came over and was really kind about it. He apologized for the wait and even offered us an extra piece of chicken for being patient, which I thought was really nice of him. The staff seemed to be working hard and the food was hot and fresh. Overall it was a much better experience than before, and I’m glad I decided to come back. It actually feels like the place is improving.

I was in line for over 30 minutes. Cars lined up behind me. Finally got my order and waited another 10 minutes after trying to get their attention that I still waiting for my root beer float. Took order home food was over cooked. Hush puppies were very hard and overcooked. Asked for sauce for a 12 piece meal and got one vinegar and 2 tartar sauce. I asked for receipt which I never got. Absolutely not going there again.

Ordered 2 meals as my pregnant wife was craving something, and LJS is as close as it gets. Orders online. Walked in and food was ready. 1 employee said I would have to grab straws which I thought was stupid; it’s to go, put them in the bag. Then the manager comes out and kind of apologizes for my mini corn dogs not being in the order. She said they “didn’t have them”, and I should “contact someone” to get my money back. WHAT! You’re the manager, get my money. But she said I’d have to call. I’ve submitted a form in the website. What an absolute joke. The fish was almost burned and had burned black pieces all over it same with the fries. 1 fry looked alright. The burger was cold. Cheese not even melted. Threw it all away. For $31 I expect decent quality and the food to be hot. This location should closed with the employees fired. Save your money. Go literally anywhere else to eat.

Sorry long johns..I’m not longer a customer.The last 2 time I ordered the 2 piece fish meal, the meal was served very quick…meaning it wasnt fresh fried..normally, you have to wait for the fresh fried fish…the fish wasnt crisp but almost soggy..apparently made previously and stored under a heat lamp or something to keep warm. I forgave the first time, but then, decided to order another time..still very quickly served and soggy.So long Long Johns..I will make at home from now on.

Drove from cranberry twp to this establishment Saturday for lunch at 12:30 before going to an event with friends and the doors were locked during normal business hours but the drive thru was open? Not only was this a major inconvenience because I personally can not see burning gas that I paid for sitting in your drive thru line waiting to spend my money at your establishment. This is not the first time we’ve went to the establishment and the doors were locked during business hours. Not only is it an inconvenience it’s also an osha violation and a fire safety concern for employees to lock theirselves in an establishment during routine hours. This needs to be addressed before I escalate matters for failure to answer phones at managing offices I don’t understand your business ethics but how many other patrons want to see your business abolished and something worth while in its place?

I believe this place got new management in the last few years and while the food has been good since then, the restaurant itself always seems to be very dirty inside. Bad smells, trash all over the counter and everything is sticky. They just need some help in that department! Food tasted great yesterday so I’m just praying the kitchen is cleaner than the lobby/dining area.

It took half hour to finally get the whole meal this was after waiting for almost 10 minutes for 7 fries they gave me. Ordered in 8 shrimp with fries hush puppies and an extra order of 6 hush puppies. I got 6 shrimp 13 hush puppies and then finally added the 7 fries in the absolute smallest box they had. As someone who has worked in fast food the fries were also re heated a nothing was even close to warm when I went to eat it.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with food service. Placed a mobile order and it took them over and hour to even acknowledge me being there after I talked to multiple employees who did absolutely nothing to solve this. I eventually had to get my money back because after the hour being there they hadn’t even started my order. I’ve decided to never go back to ths location because of how I was treated. I’d being willing to bet they never do anything about it considering I left my number and the GM never called me. This was about 2 months ago but I know it’s still relevant because many people have told me about other terrible experiences they had since then.

Ordered 5 shakes …sat in line for 10-15 minutes… Pulled up to the window got my shakes.. Let me tell yaaa ☺️!!!! they were the best fricken chocolate milk drinks yet

It is only common sense to not prepare a milkshake until the customer is at the window lol thanks for the milk!!! If only I could have the shake part !!! Lol
