Ordered 10 medium chicken wings. They arrived with no sauce on them. I called to tell them this. The woman answering the phone sent out 2 small containers of wing sauce. When I called back to say this was unacceptable she argued with me saying there was sauce on the wings and that she was not going to give away free food. The pepperoni pizza I ordered was just ok. I expect better food and service for over $50.

We have been ordering from here on and off for awhile. Always good. Today I placed an order and the very nice lady on the phone asked what dressing for my sub? I said surprise me but I love mayonnaise. OMFG they put a slight pumpkin flavored mayo on my sub. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! Sub was sooo fresh!!! Thank you.

Dang this place has not let me down so far. Week after week their pizza has been consistently perfect. Today we got the meatball parm sub (added peppers) & holy crap was that good. The sub roll was to die for. Will be trying the whole menu from here out.

Usually the food at the Troy location is generally good. However don’t expect any consistency in food quality or refunds for wrong orders. Tonight my garlic bread with the works came with olives on it. We’ve ordered this appetizer more than 5x in the past. Never has it come with olives. The store refuses to replace or refund the order. They said that’s how it comes. Since it’s never come like this in the past I can safely assume they’re just lying and lazy.

This is definitely the best pizza shop in South Troy. I’d also mention that the other Inferno locations in the cap distract are not as good as this one for some reason. I’ve tried almost all of them. Try the square 10 cut pizza for $10. Sofa-King good, my fave!
