A customer came in today complaining to the store about how they messed up his order and needed to work on their customer service. After he left, the employees began openly bad mouthing him and took none of it into consideration. That says alot about the way they take care of the food they serve. I also found hair in my food.

Went in today, I was not greeted by the staff, I then placed my order and the lady (I believe the manager) was extremely rude to me when I said I had a online coupon, before I could even show her what coupon I had she told me they dont except online coupons! I told her I’ve used them at this location and other location in the past. She got very defensive and rude about it. I have bought pizzas many times from this location and used online coupons. I love their pizza, it’s a sham that one bad time can ruin your outlook on the store!
