This rating is for the $15.95 prime rib dinner only. The meat was not very tender which was odd. I thought all prime rib would be similar tenderness, but obviously this was a lower grade of meat than some. The potatoes were “smashed”, seemed to have been pre-made in a batch and served barely warmed. The roasted carrots were not peeled so a little bitter and also served room temperature. The jus was watery and the horseradish sauce too strong.
The server was not very attentive and had to be flagged down if you wanted anything. This may not have been her fault though as the restaurant seemed understaffed.
We won’t be coming back for the the prime rib dinner. It was also super loud with screaming, hyperactive children. Eat later or midweek if you want to avoid a Red Robin atmosphere.
It’s understood that restaurants make certain sides dishes, that are served in multiple dishes, in batches. It’s not acceptable that these items are not heated thoroughly before serving to a customer.

Clam linguine was terrible, no seasoning. Sea scallops were ok, but not good. Though we were 1 of only 3 tables occupied it took too long to get our food. Waiter was defensive. Atmosphere was nice, but everything else at the restaurant was disappointing.

Polaris at Bellevue Club surpassed all expectations, creating an extraordinary dining experience. Carlo, the manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, ensuring every detail was perfect. Tanya, our server, was not only attentive but genuinely warm. The talented bartenders, Dustin and Carlos, crafted delightful drinks that added a touch of magic to our evening. The Jean-Luc Colombo red wine paired beautifully with the prime rib, making our dinner an exquisite celebration of flavors. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our experience truly special for our thanksgiving.

This was a very special dining experience. I would say the only semi-disappointing part of the evening was the wine pairing. It was a very unique pairing that included Port, Sake, Riesling, and Rose in the middle of the meal and didn’t feel like a natural progression. I also wanted a bit more of an explanation of how/why the wine pairs well with the food, not the dollar value of the bottle.
That being said, the food was fabulous and worth a try for a special occasion. Plenty of food, you will not leave hungry!

Service, food quality and menu selection have consistently gone down over the last few years. When the bar tender would rather polish wine glasses than acknowledge your existence, I walk. It’s a shame, this place used to be a treat to dine at.

They have a great selection on the menu, the food came out quickly and it was very healthy and flavorful. Their breakfast is amazing as well and the bar is very quaint and comfy.

Convenient dining inside the Bellevue Club. Had fish and chips – fish was fried for far too long. Felt like chewing on cardboard.
