I gotta say, when you are going to a “premium fast food” joint like Panda Express, you’d expect a little bit more, shall we say, rapport for your meal?
This place is just off Colfax, so the expectations of the atmosphere was going to be in-line with the weirdness out there. I was surprised to see that same energy is kept throughout the experience.
When ordering, had a lass that was not keen on being at work to a point she slapped our meal together so hard the styrofoam tray broke. Instead of replacing it, she just huffed and boxed the thing together and essentially handed it off to the cashier and disappeared to the back.
The meal itself was at least hot, but hoping that wasn’t just because we got there at opening. That all being said, I would just keep on driving if you are hankering for chinese.

This location is the worst I’ve seen. The girl behind the counter said she was the manager. She then said the manager does not order their famous Panda Express hot sauce. I thought a chain like this was supposed to be consistent. This girl was awful and lied about her position. Sad representation of the franchise. Should be closed or taken over by corporate.

Denver is a big city, Chicago’s huge ocean lake and wide open streets still wasn’t ideal… Weather in the MTN States were mostly sunny nice and healthy!! Coloradans are millionaire healthy like Mexicans. Panda’s signature dish the orange chicken was the best chicken nuggets!! Very tender breaded fried chicken nuggets. Add liquid to reheat is like fireworks in the mouth delish!! Order a la cart option if you don’t like their rice or chow mein.

Love Panda Express and I go to many locations all over the place. I come to this one less often but when I’m on this side of town I can’t help but stop in. It was the last hour they were open 9pm-10pm and they are usually busy no matter when I come. Regardless of that this place and the crew never ceases to come through correct.
Jamal got my food together through the rush of to go orders and Jose helped me at the register today. It was so delicious and warm and fresh as always. I just wanted to give a shout out to them because sometimes people aren’t always in a good mood during a rush like that when it’s slammed with to go orders but it made all the difference from everyone there.

I ordered a medium broccoli and beef entree. I received a very small box full of only broccoli. I paid $10 for a box of broccoli. And the broccoli wasnt even cooked thoroughly so i ate hard broccoli for lunch. I will not be going back to this location.

It was incredibly busy when I came in at 7pm on a Sunday with lines out the door for nearly an hour. I’ve never seen a group of individuals working so hard at any fast food restaurant. The entire team is doing a phenomenal job, and specifically Jose and Isaiah took great care to ensure I was able to get my order and even brought it out to me and offered a free drink because they kept running out of food on the line. Great experience, I will definitely be returning to this location again in the future.

They pulled all the food off the line 25 minutes before they closed. I got there a little after 9:30 when they close at 10:00 and was told they only had white rice or lo mein available and nothing else. At least two other people came to try to get food after me and we all left empty handed.

Not sure the staff actually wants to be there—vibes are off. Chairs are always stacked like they’re trying to keep people from sitting, and if you show up around 9:20pm, expect a “this is all we have left” kind of attitude, even if nothing’s on the trays.
I reminded them of the company policy to cook fresh food until closing (which they clearly didn’t love), and you could see how annoyed they were. One of the staff even added extra spices to mess it up—but joke’s on her, I love chipotle! The steak and shrimp combo turned out delicious. Give it a try—just maybe don’t show up near closing.

We used to go often to this location, there was always some problem with our orders, sometimes was a wrong order other times missing items, nothing that we couldn’t overlook since it was the closest one for us. Until we got an order with Raw chicken. Do not recommend this location.

Edit: gave this place another shot and they still have some kinks to work out but the customer service is much improved. Had a long wait for my desired food to be made and they hooked me up with some free food to make up for it. Upgrade from 2 to 4 stars
Been going here regularly and I’ve enjoyed the experience except today they decided to give small portions. Idk if you can tell but these are smaller portions than I have been getting for months. Orange chicken is always heaping high and when they charge extra for a “premium” option they shouldn’t also serve less. When I expressed my concern and unhappiness they acted as if I was born yesterday. No thank you
