Never Enough Ty
*Regular customer* Most time I show up around 12pm for lunch and I’m treated respectfully, well today I walk in and the woman behind the counter says it’ll be a few minute wait with a hateful attitude, as I waited for her to finish her online orders the whole time I waited she was complaining and pretty much throwing the food around on the counter in frustration. I waited and thought about walking out but she finally was ready to assist me and the whole time she assisted me I could hear her mumbling and griping under her breath about her job as she THREW my sub together. I get it no one wants to work a 9-5 at subway but someone else will gladly treat customers with respect they deserve no matter how bad you don’t like to work.

Went in there was nobody and the guy over the counter said it would be a 30 to 40 min wait because of backed up online orders, how is it possible that online orders take more priority over a customer in the store I was literally just gonna buy a footlong my order literally takes 5 min to make. Ridiculous.

We stopped by on Sunday, November 24, around 1:30 PM, and two employees—a young lady and a gentleman—were working. We mentioned that we had a large order for our team working on a project at Glenvar High School. They both promptly began preparing our order with great attitudes, and all of the subs were made perfectly and in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service!

I’ll be coming back to this Subway for sure because of the employee Naz. He was receiving a bad attitude from a fellow co-worker, but remained, positive, calm, and continued to smile for his customers no matter what, he also made me a top quality Chicken Wrap too. Awesome employee.

A good place to grab a bite to eat for a sandwich. The employees were friendly and did a good job of making the sub, and the place wasn’t too busy. Thd only issue might be finding parking as it is near the busy Main Street of Salem and the lot was small.
