Best subway I’ve been to in recent years. I travel a lot so always looking for a quick and easy meal. The staff is always so kind and professional. They are quick to welcome me to the store and take my order. The store itself is typically very tidy unless of course you’re arriving right the lunch or dinner rush, but even then the employees always drop whatever cleaning their doing immediately to take orders. Definitely a regular spot for me.

Went in for lunch today to get a couple subs and was met with a warm welcome and the staff guided me kindly while still maintaining quick service this store is definitely my favorite in the area and will be a returning customer for as long as it’s there! Thank you kind staff and great management at subway on highway OT you made my day and my food

Yesterday at 4:30pm I had my friend pick me up a subway sandwich. Since I’m a former subway employee I’m very particular about my subway sandwiches. Usually this is not a problem, especially when I’m there. At any other subway location this has not been a problem. But when she told him to add some extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce in the chicken before toasting he didn’t want to hear it. Then when it came to the toppings he was fine but then it came to the sauce AGAIN. My friend had politely asked for more sauce, in which he made a face, added some and it still wasn’t quite up to how I like my subways, which my friend of course knows; so they asked for more, and he shot them another rude look. When it finally arrived I was very disappointed with the amount of sauce, but beyond that I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I don’t know if it was because she was reading my order on her phone or not but no customer should be treated as a burden nor should they be treated like they don’t know what they want.

Yesterday my mom popped in for dinner. I don’t know the last time I had Subway… the menu? Lots of new to me options. I opted for the Chicken Bacon Ranch. My mom; the Spicy Italian and a foot long cookie. There were two employees, both working on our order as to get us taken care of faster. I was impressed that when my mom ordered the cookie, he popped it n the toaster so it would be warm! Also new to Me; he told us which sub had which sticker on it! No more, half unwrapping a sub to find out if it’s yours! The service was fast and friendly. The subs hit the spot. They also offered drive thru. Thanks Subway!

Placed a online order at 11:00am and walked in at 11:50 as stated for the pickup time requested. Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told they ran out of bread… a sandwich shop running out of bread. Couldn’t be bothered to call the number on my online order to tell me but instead wasted my lunch break. Not sure what kind of management is running this place but I’m steering clear from now on. Not much for writing reviews but this is just ridiculous and poor management.

We live next to this subway and it’s the same experience every time. We’re the only customers, 20 minutes to get 2 subs, 3 people working but only one person assisting us. My girlfriend, who used to manage a subway, has to coach the employees how to do their job. Actually crazy how this store is still running. Jersey Mikes it is.

Waited over 15 minutes at the drive through before they took my order. They continuously said “we are sorry, we will be with you shortly” after 5 minutes I asked why I wasn’t being helped. The lady rudely remarked “if you want to be helped you can come inside”. I have 3 kiddos under 6 and if I have them all in the van, I’m not going inside. I told the lady this and she rudely answered with “well you will just have to wait til we are done with everyone inside” I do not believe this is how costumer service should be. I felt completely like a burden. And there were 4 or 5 workers working. I should not have been waiting that long when I was the ONLY ONE in drive thru

I requested extra bacon for a foot long BLT and watched the worker heat up 4 strips of bacon! Literally, only 4 and they call that extra bacon even charging me for it. The worker who took the order and started the sandwiches had almost shoulder length hair without a hair net. My daughter found a piece of hair that matched his hair color in her sandwich when we got home. We rarely go to Subway, but this is another reminder why we shouldn’t.

Took lady 12 minutes to make one singular sandwich, they had no bread and lots of late takeout orders. Go to a different location if you want speedy sandwiches.
