We ordered for the first time in a long time and tried the Pan pizza. It arrived in a soggy gloppy congealed sort of mess that was fused together the bottom and sides of the box and had maybe one discernible slice. We tried to cut pieces of any shape to eat but it just smashed around and was a wreck. Wouldn’t recommend.

I stopped by Papa John’s the other evening and they were busy as crap. Orders were running about 5 to 10 minutes behind, but honestly with how packed it was that was completely understandable. What stood out the most was how well everyone worked together as a team. No one was standing around, every employee was moving with purpose, helping each other, and keeping things flowing the best they could. You could tell they were all working hard and doing their best to keep up with the rush. Whoever is managing that staff, good job. It definitely shows in how the team handles pressure.

I ordered a relatively small order, one pizza, garlic knots and a order of cinnamon bread. We ordered takeout and made the foolish mistake of not checking the pizza before leaving. We drive 10 minutes back to our place and this is what we get. It’s one of the most disgusting looking pizza I have ever received. We drove back to get them to remake the pizza, we spent our money on gas to get the pizza remade. they never offered a refund or anything to compensate us for the error. I am so very disappointed. I will not be ordering from any papa johns in this area again.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely long wait and delivery is outsourced to DoorDash. The main issue I have is they don’t tell you the wait time until after you have paid. The food was mediocre at best. I regret ordering with them. There are too many better options in Morgantown to waste time and money on Papa John’s.

If I have to wait 30 minutes on pizza id like to have a chair to sit on. I was told by the employee that papa johns “doesnt want people hanging out in the lobby” then have your pizza ready when its supposed to be and its good to know you just want my money and as a customer that’s all I am to you is a debit card. This is why you all are failing no customer appreciation whatsoever.

This place is so hit and miss. Sometimes good food, sometimes terrible. There needs to be a standard prep for things like papadias that they have to use – make sure the amount of ingredients is the same across orders. Because no 2 papadias are ever alike for me, and I order the same thing a lot. Sometimes full to bursting, sometimes thin and hard and barely anything in them.
