I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza yesterday, and I went to pick it up, and the new general manager. Kindly introduced himself and had very great customer service. He explained that new changes that are coming to the location, and how excited he is to be the new general manager of the Papa Johns location in Lakehouse city Arizona. I noticed there’s a lot of negative comments on here, but give him a chance and try Papa Johns again ❤️ oh, and the pizzas were delicious!

How hard is it to cut a pizza all the way through? Every time with this place. I walk inside to order and the manager yells at me rudely that it it will be 10 to 15 minutes before he can help me. Wouldn’t be a problem, but the employees are hustling but he’s moving at a snails pace doing everything but working. Promote one of the other employees and fire him. Plus I didn’t get all the toppings I ordered and the world’s smallest pepper. Do better please.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, my fiancé and I had ordered a delivery of two large pizzas for us and our friends and an hour later they called us and left a voicemail saying they didn’t have delivery drivers and they were closing in 6 minutes and we had to be there within 6 minutes if we wanted our pizzas. They also said that the pizzas had now been ready for over an hour at that point. My fiancé was so upset I don’t understand why they couldn’t have told us an hour prior to this call. Go to Red Baron instead they are so good!! We only tried ordering from papa John’s because red barons was closed, but we should have just ate anywhere else in havasu.

An employee here decided it’d be fun to add a tip to my receipt that I did not authorize. I’ll never be here again. I’ve contacted corporate hopefully the few extra bucks was worth their job. Pathetic.

Im gonna do 3 stars cause guy working there was great & pizza was ready super quick. I’m confused why my pizza really tastes like fish though. I didn’t order anchovies nor any fish products but the pizza has a very fishy taste to the point where it has made me stop eating after 1 slice. It looks delicious though. Just doesn’t taste that good.
