I am from WY and stopped for lunch at this place. This young gal (kid) by the name of Heaven was in the facility, running it by herself. I mean to tell you what, THIS GIRL was firing on all cylinders. I haven’t experienced service like what she offered in years. She took care of probably 10 customers while I was there. Positives attitude and kind. The owner of that Subway is fortunate to have such a kick butt person working for them.

Atmosphere average, but place needs cleaned. None of employees were even talking to each other. Order sandwich with extra meat, charged me for double. There is a difference. However the meat slices were so small, it wasn’t even like a full serving. Also, it was roast beef and half was fat. Some places have bad days, but I dont think this was that! $42 for 2 combos

I spent $47 on food here and get down the road for my daughter to pull a long hair with her meat attached to it. I ate half mine when my other daughter yelled for me to spit out the bite i just took. I did and looked down at my sandwich my freaking ham is bright blue. I thought it was something on there tried to wipe it off but it was actually the ham that was blue. Called them and they said it wasn’t their problem and hung up. Terrible place

The worst sandwhich I have ever gotten. The Lettuce smells so absolutely rotten that I almost gagged, the entire sandwhich is completely inedible. Will not be coming back to this location. Absolutely disgusting.

so, i work professionally in a restraunt, i have even worked at a Subway once upon a time. i live an hour away from Billings and stopped by here before heading home with my little brother, who was starving for Subway…30 minute total wait time, theres a lot to unpack here…
-there was a small rush with 2 workers, a younger gentlemen and a very polite older woman.
-we were only getting 2 sandwhiches, plus the to-go order my boyfriend back at home had placed for me to pick up for him, the family in front of us were having an entire cambro of meatballs heated up for them, no problem.
-the younger gentleman was in the middle of working on my boyfriends to-go order until he suddenly abandoned it completely for a 10-15 minute “bathroom break”. this poor older woman kept apologizing on his behalf repeatedly while trying to get the family in front of us finished since there was a line forming.
-meanwhile everyone was having a very hard time hearing each other over the protective glass.
-one gentleman in line had left and went somewhere else at this point.
once the younger gentleman was back from his “bathroom break”, they had to play leap frog with us to get our food finished because they had started our food before finishing the families ahead of us. it was very chaotic.
-the younger gentleman, i believe he was just trying to go fast, he was flinging pepperoni and tomato slices back towards the containers like no tomorrow, i missed if they made it into their original containers or not. they were both very apologetic about the wait time checking me out.
i have nothing else to say beyond that, it was just….a lot. i know if i took “bathroom breaks” like that at my job, i would be finding a different job. i dont think ill return here on my next shopping trip, sucks since its the closest one to me in a 45-55 mi. radius.

Passing through on our travels, and won’t be doing so again at this Subway location. The line was long, and should’ve stuck to my gut before waiting in line for 20 min. 20 minutes later, and the women who was before us finally got to order. Before she’s even finished ordering, another customer in the store simply asked if he could give a compliment to the man making said women’s sandwich. The employee stops everything he’s doing following the customers compliment with “yes! Do you have a second?”, and brings that customer in the back room. With a line full of frustrated customers, and one employee left to pick up the slack, we decided to leave. The lack of urgency to aid to the customers was disappointing.

We had not gone to Subway for along time because of poor service. We tried again about a week ago in Livingston MT, we were hooked again to Subway. Went last night to Subway in Laurel and was disappointed! I walked in the lobby had 3 guys in one party waiting and 6 young man in another. I asked were they all waiting to get to order? Yes the kid said! The person working was building a huge order, by himself. But it was a call in order, while he had 10 people waiting in the lobby to place an order! I did see one other employee, she wasn’t helping, maybe on break! Saturday night 6-7pm! I left and went across the street. It was unfortunate for the Subway boy doing his best!
