Melted Dreams Delivers! Quality Food & Great Vibes
Finally made it to Melted Dreams after wanting to try them for six months! A job loss put a damper on plans back in August, but I promised my daughter a visit with my first paycheck, and we weren’t disappointed.
We went on Sunday, Nov 30, and followed their Facebook page for the specials (pro tip: check for the Saturday night “wheel spin” deal!). We lucked out with the “Tommy Toebean Blessing” discount.
The food was incredible:
My daughter loved her Philly Steak and Cheese and the steak/cheese fries.
My wife and I both had the Double Smash Burgers (so good!) and I also tried the Shroominator and two steak street tacos.
We shared excellent fries, mozzarella sticks, and mac & cheese bites.
Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The subs are generous with the meat, and the burgers are top-tier. The entire crew was friendly, making for a great experience. This guy is running his food truck right! Highly recommend stopping by. The quality is worth every penny. I’ll be back soon!

Melted Dreams did not disappoint! The Philly Classic was absolutely delicious, loaded with lots of meat and that perfectly yummy Cheese Wiz that makes a cheesesteak legit. Every bite was full of flavor. The location is great, the employees are friendly and welcoming, and the music is cool and gives you something to vibe to while you wait. You can tell they care about both the food and the overall experience. If you’re craving a real cheesesteak and a chill atmosphere, this place is a must-stop in Strasburg. I’ll definitely be back!

The owner, Sam, is genuinely one of the nicest guys and does so much for the community, which makes supporting this business even better.
The food? Always on point. Their street corn is packed with flavor despite being so simple. The cheesesteak is truly world-famous status in my book. And when the birria tacos are on special? Absolute baller.
Don’t let the long lines stop you from checking them out. They’re usually pretty fast and have online ordering turned on for some times.

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth, the owners pour so much love into every detail, from their friendly smiles to the way they care for their team, customers, and the entire community. I’ve been wanting to try this place for forever. I was finally in Strasburg and had to stop in. I really wanted to try the Cheesesteak and burgers. But I’ve had a million Cheesesteaks and never had an actual smash burger, so I got that. It was GOOD. Kind of reminded me of 5 Guys in flavor, and I love 5 Guys. The fries were really good. Very crunchy. I ordered a small and it was more than plenty. I ate about half of them later when they were cold and they were still crispy and tasty instead of limp and slimy. Can’t wait to try the Cheesesteaks and some other cool things I saw on the menu.

I’ve been a customer for a couple years now and I’ve watched their business grow in so many ways. From the food options, the support, the staff, and service…all of it! Every time I go I find a new vice and it keeps bringing me back. The owners are so kind and have put so much hard work into this business and their customers. Even on days off they’re putting in work. That’s dedication! (Ask for the cheesesteak the melted way, that’s the only way to go )

Feburary 21 2026 update, Finally made it back. Its been to long and I apologize. So damn good, wife and I split an OG 4 chicken tacos fries street corn lemonade and an arnie. Yum Yum Yum. You got it going on for sure. The online was perfect. Just wish ya had stickers. Maybe next time. Thanks for a great lunch and food coma afterwards. Keep up the great food and service. Im telling everyone in Alexandria to come see ya. Charlie and Julie. Came across Melted Dreams on Instgram and started following them. We had planned a trip to Luray and decided to make the trip to Strasburg. SOOO glad we did, the ordering online was easy and after waiting 45 minutes we discovered it was WELL WORTH the wait. We got 2 OG cheesesteaks the Buffalo fries and street corn. Everything was fantastic. Thanks for a great lunch. Best of luck to you. Will definitely be back.

Was expecting it to be a little more unique given the amazing reviews online, meant to get the original cut but got the philly classic. The cheese wiz doesn’t really mesh well with the other flavors in my opinion.
I was mainly disappointed in the mango smoothie. It wasn’t really a smoothie. It was more like a mango icey with lots of sugar and artificial mangoey taste, not really the good kind.
Staff was nice and the vibes were there, but just wasn’t that satisfying. It seems maybe some items heavily outshine others. Maybe I’ll try something different if I’m out that way again.
