Hands down one of the best food trucks in Laredo.

We’re out of town visitors and were greatly impressed with this hidden gem. Chef was patient with answering all my questions. I had the lemon cilantro salmon and my husband had the American burger. Both dishes we jam packed with flavor, well seasoned and huge portions. The fresh cut fries reminded us of my mom’s homemade fries The jasmine rice absorb some of the lemon cilantro sauce and the combination made it delicious.

If you haven’t been here, you’ve been messing out on some killer food! I have yet to find something i dont like from their menu. It’s a great friendly vibe with some even greater service. I recommend the Ribeye loaded fries (popper style). Or the chicken popper burger. The quesadillas are killer and that salsa they make is to die for. You won’t regret trying this place. I’ve made it a weekly ritual to pick up something from them. Im sure you would to.

Chef Lou Rocks! My friends and I were in town from Vegas and looking for local food. We tried Livi’s Mexicue but they were closed for the day due to an appliance problem.
We were sent over to LaBistro and it did not disappoint. I had the steak tacos and they were amazing. The Oaxaca cheese on them put it over the top. The meat was seasoned so well and cooked to perfection.
10/10 recommend would definitely go back.

The best!!!! I was a bit skeptical at first. Once I took a bite of the steak it was well worth the trip and the wait. Not to mention the fries- very generous on the serving.

Is your significant other giving you a hard time on what to eat and she keeps saying you pick. You give her options but nothing is good but she wants something good. Well worry no more, stop by at LaBistro! They have these fire ribeye tacos, let me tell you, I’m a big guy and the order of 3 tacos filled me up, but could eat more of how good they were! My wife got the loaded fries with ribeye, nacho cheese and beacon and after tasting her eyes widen as if I had gifted her a Louis Vuitton. We hadn’t even made it home and she was in a food coma! To me that’s a win win, come checked them out you won’t regret it.

Excellent Service from Frank and Chef Louie has a magic touch! Seared Ahi Tuna Tacos and their Ribeye Loaded Cheddar Fries are my favorites! Definitely recommend 100%!
