I got a cheese burger that was sitting there for hours dried out and when my kids went back to get me a new one she was snotty and charged my son for a container of honey mustered sauce!! Like what you give me a burger thats dried out and get pissed cause my boys complained and my new burger wasn’t much better

Most of the time the food is pretty good, but sometimes it’s not that great…hit or miss I guess. Example: ordered a burger and literally the smallest piece or lettuce that looked like it could have been thrown away and that was it for the lettuce lol. Another example- one time I ordered and the burgers looked like the actual picture and tasted great!

If I could rate this a rating of 0, I would. Horrible customer service. We had to wait 10 minutes just to get our order. We ordered an extra gravy and a Barbecue sauce cup, in addition to the 2 gravy cups that where coming with our order. Instead, they gave us 2 Barbecue and not 1 barbecue and 1 gravy. We went back through the drive thru to get our order straightened out and the lady was extra rude and wanted to argue with my husband. I feel extremely disrespected! I will never come back here. Management should really get these employees in check. I know what the food industry is like.

Absolutely love this Dairy Queen! I prefer it over my own towns Dairy Queen. The employees are very good at their jobs, especially Aryanah and Audrey. They always put a smile on my face!

Had a couple Blizzards and they were great. Didn’t have to wait at all and they were flipped over before handing them to you. Highly recommend.

The lady that was taking my order, Aryanna, was so rude to my daughter. When handing my daughter her blizzard she flipped it upside down and then slammed it on the counter. Very rude customer service.
