*Spectacular , gimme 14 of ’em right now*
We’re visiting the US for few days , as we drove at night looking for an open place to satisfy our hunger , we stumbled upon Maya MX, listen to me , no really listen carefully.
THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVER , Best Nachos , best Tacos ever,
Food is just Spectacular.

I randomly stopped by this spot for a quick bite after visiting the Paranormal Cirque in the area (I’m from Jersey City), and wow — this was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in the past two or three months!
I ordered the Donca burger and my boyfriend had the Double Smash. That burger is exactly what I call a good burger — juicy (like really juicy, it was dripping when you bite into it!), full of flavor, and just the right amount of spicy. They served it with spicy sauce and ketchup for the fries, and I loved that spicy sauce!
The place has a really cool design too. We came around 11 PM and even that late, the service was great — plus the prices were super reasonable.
Big thanks to the girls working late so we could enjoy such a delicious meal!

Great little spot in Elizabeth!! Governador shrimp tacos were delicious with fresh ingredients. The texture and flavor of the shrimp were perfect!! My husband had the steak burrito, and he said it was wonderful as well. Guacamole was fresh made, so yum!! Plan on going back this week, it was that good!!!

My husband and I found this cute spot through google search, the food is great and service is just as good. Our server was very sweet in taking our order and allowing us to sit anywhere we felt comfortable. We ordered the birria and pastor tacos. Both were served beautifully and took no more than 10 mins. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a quick bite or sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. They also have outdoor seating however it was rainy when we went.

My brother and I ordered food from here for the first time ever today and it was delicious! Food was very filling. I got the birria tacos and a pastor quesadilla (came with 4) and he also got the birria tacos and a burrito. Everything was packaged well and the little notes that were left on everything were so sweet would definitely order from here again. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a cute spot! I love the decor and the service is great.
The tacos are freshly made and taste like they’re made with quality ingredients.
The green and red salsas are soooo good!
I also really loved the mint lemonade.
My only gripe, is I wish they served the tacos with lime instead of lemon and I wish the birria meat and consommé had more robust flavor, but they were still good!

Food was amazing! If you want quality food and great service, this is the spot to go! We ended up getting birria tacos which were a bit small but it was to-go. They were slightly crispy on the outside and meat was satisfyingly tender on the inside. The consomé provided was flavorful and went perfectly with the tacos. The tacos Al pastor were also excellent, nice sized pineapple chucks but they were also a bit small, and only had one tortilla instead of the normal two tortillas per taco. The churros were also an excellent desert; delightfully sweet and the warm soft center went well with the crunchy sweet outside layer.

Absolutely loved this place. Food was delicious and service was great. We ordered the nachos, carne asada and shrimp tacos – which was perfect amount for three of us. Ended with the tres leches cake and some coffees. Will definitely return, plus it’s only 10 min drive from the airport!

The rice was old and hard, and this burger is definitely not worth $18. Aside from four missing fries, this is all that came with it. I’m extremely disappointed.
