This chain has been suffering in my opinion for a while. The freshness of the food has declined over the years. The staff at most locations just don’t care but I was pleasantly surprised that at this location the young man was very nice.

A big order came in right before we ordered, and the people that put in the order were so rude about it! The worker there (started with a T, can’t remember) was so calm and organized about it. Apologized for the wait and was so friendly. Customers were rude and entitled, but the young man was very nice and makes a very good sandwich

Had an issue placing order online. So went in the store in person to see if we could get the situation resolved.
The only people there did not care or didnt want to even understand. The issue I was having nor tried to help resolve it.
And basically told me to leave because they couldn’t and wouldn’t help me

Madison the Sandwich Artist does a great job with preparing orders. She handles every customer efficiently, quickly with a smile. I have tried to call a couple of times to talk with the manager, Cody to let him know how well Madison handles the counter all by herself but, unfortunately the phone keeps ringing and no one picks up the line. I hope Cody is reading my kudos for Madison. Thank you.

My boss had a ton (like hundreds) of gift cards he bought and he mixed them all up! I didn’t know how much money any of them had.
Cody at this subway took the time to help me swipe all of them to get balances. He even wrote amounts on each card in sharpie as we went along. I really appreciate all the kind customer service!

Where do I start..I love Subway more than any other sandwich place so I’ve eaten at virtually every Subway in Lincoln. 17th and South was a major disappointment from the time I pulled into the parking lot. First, the open sign was off (or broken) at 8:35pm (closes at 12am) which threw me off. Upon arriving I saw an employee go to the back stock room. I waited for 15 mins and he didn’t appear. I walk around to the back and the employee is sitting down in the corner on his phone. I asked him if they were open he proceeds to get up and make an excuse about the bell not working. The employee then had an attitude the whole time he made my sandwich. The employee consistently kept touching surfaces (with his gloves on!!) while making my sandwich. I also ordered a pizza and instead of using a CLEAN pizza cutter he used a DIRTY one and attempted to wipe it off with paper-towels. Needless to say this ruined my experience.

Best Subway location in town. My wife and I went there for lunch break and they had our sandwiches done in less than 2 minutes. Very fast. Employees were pretty cool too. Very nice people, we joked a little and they were nice to be around. Great food, even better customer service. Wish more places would be like this.

I went in for dinner, the food was great. The service was fast, but the customer service was exceptional. There was a young girl there, she was amazing refreshing, she seemed to actually like her job. I can’t wait to go, eat there again.
