I ordered a large and small Stromboli from there this evening. I only received 4 pieces in a large and I was very disappointed. I know that can’t be right top it off I had to wait 30 minutes. I tried to call them back at 9;00 p.m. and they wouldn’t answer the phone but it is posted they don’t close until 10:00 p.m.

This was my first time ordering from Fox’s and will be my last.. I asked if they had JoJos fries with the battered, and seasoning, lady said yes. I ordered 2 of them. BUT What I received was just cut potatoes wegdes. My steak and cheese wedgie had barely any meat. Wasn’t good at all.

I order a large Stromboli from here almost every weekend and usually pizza for the whole family too (big family) usually ab 80 bucks since you guys opened back up. I felt like getting one for my lunch today, and when it was dropped off I thought the box felt a little light. After opening I realized they sent me a medium in a large box, no big deal. So i call back i thought maybe theyd bless me next time i ordered. Anyway I’m then told that’s just how they how they come… I tried to explain to this lady I order all the time n I know the difference. But hey, she said made it. I don’t really care ab that I just want the food I paid for. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again unless it’s made right somehow. Sucks cause I’m from PA n we really like foxes. (Edit they fixed me up within the hour. Like I said always enjoyed the food.)

They were out of bacon didn’t bother to tell us before they delivered the food that here came to 28$ and my sandwich has just chicken that doesn’t even cover the bread. This steak and fry salad has one chunk of steak smooshed together on it and it got to the house upside down.

The pizza tasted delicious. Unfortunately it took well over an hour to get to us and we live hardly more than a mile from the store.
The delivery driver stood by his car in the driveway, out of sight of the front door, and called me saying he was there and I needed to come out to him. At first I thought he was at the wrong house since no one was at my front door. Then I realized he was down at the driveway. It was so weird. He finally came up to the front door when I asked him to come to the front door. (Why should I have to put on shoes to go all the way down to my driveway to go get my pizza?) It was just very strange.

Waited an hour and a half for our order and my husband finally called to see where our order was. They stated food was returned and they refunded us. Said the driver called us 3 times. That’s a lie. No calls whatsoever. Even if that’s the case, why wouldn’t the store call to see if we did in fact receive calls from the driver? Plus, never called us to tell us food was returned to the store! Be the first and last time we order from there! Never had a problem with the old Fox’s that was there! Such a shame!!

The food was great when it opened. We have been there several times, and the food has gotten worse with each visit. At first, we thought it was because they were new, but it is honestly also getting more dirty and just gross. The wings were their best item, and now they are the tiniest, most pathetic, overcooked, and overpriced item. Today was our last visit. Really such a shame they didn’t have better standards because they could have given other local pizza places some real competition. To bad the owner doesn’t take pride in his business.
