Stopped in after seeing a review on Facebook and I’m glad I did. I’d never have had any idea that this place was there. Chef was absolutely fantastic…attentive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was exactly how I liked it.
I ordered a Detroit style pizza, half pepperoni for to go, and honestly, I don’t think I made it out of the parking lot before finishing a slice. The sauce to cheese ratio was perfect, and the pepperoni was the cup and char style (my favorite), which took it to another level.
I’m not an expert on Detroit style pizza, but if this is what it’s supposed to taste like, I’m sold. Huge kudos to the chef for outstanding service, great execution, and a seriously delicious pie. I’ll definitely be back

By far the best Detroit style pizza I’ve tried in SWFL! The caramelized crust really made it stand out. Todd was friendly and you can tell he has poured his heart and soul into his recipe. A must go for pizza lovers.

My wife and I tried Chef Todd’s food today. It was unreal! Sauce, cheese, pepperoni and crust were perfect. He let me try his chili and was fabulous. Very professional and will flourish in this area. Can’t wait to try the hot dogs next time. Chef Todd has Ohio customers for life

We had the pleasure of eating lunch prepared by Chef Todd, “wow,” is putting it lightly. The best square pizza we have ever eaten. The freshness of the ingredients could be tasted in each bite, the crisp edges of the pepperoni and pizza had us wanting more. Top notch service and product. Highly recommend.

I got a slice of the White-Roasted Garlic with Caramelized Onions and a side of Chili Cheese Fries (picture of slice shows sprinkled parm cheese from little to go packages from restaurant, plate & fork is mine). Pizza was pretty good tasting although there was no base sauce included which made it on the drier side, very small amount of onions, and felt like it was missing a cream based sauce to tie it all together. I could tell the ingredients they used were good and it was not greasy. I would try a more traditional style slice next time.
The chili cheese fries were surprisingly better than the slice of pizza. Cheese sauce was did not have the typical fake flavor, fries were crispy, and the chili was pretty good.
Service was on the slow side, about a 15 minute wait past what was quoted on a late Monday afternoon. However service was friendly and seemed genuine. I would try again.
