I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and found a watery pool of liquid under the cheese. In addition, one employee was vaping in the food prep area when I arrived to pick up my order. I was told my order was being boxed when I gave them my name. Several minutes later, they handed me the pizzas that were on the shelf when I arrived. I am done with Papa John’s.

They are a shabbily run establishment. The manager (Eddy) is deplorable and has no ethics nor does he know the meaning of customer service. We recently ordered six extra-large pizzas for my nephews birthday party and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. All pizzas delivered were thoroughly smashed and was not consumable. When we called the store about the issue, the manager told us to get in line and there was a long wait to remake the pizzas. We had requested that they prioritize our order as we had 20 kids that were hungry waiting on the pizzas. The manager pretty much told us to pound sand and was refunding our money. Since we could not get a positive answer over the phone, we went in person to get our pizzas remade. The manager rudely yelled at us and ordered us “to get out of his store” (these were his exact words) and he will refund our money. We have still not received any refund. All kids went home without having their pizzas and deeply disappointed. I won’t be returning and certainly will be detracting our large neighborhood community to avoid this store.

The front attendant was really rude when I asked to replace a badly cooked pizza. They made a new one with the same issue, and she threw the pizza box in front of me on the counter to show and rudely ask if I wanted it or not. I am not going to this place again.

On the road and needed a low carb lunch. Hard to find in fast food realm. The papa bowl seemed like a great concept. Ordered one and drove by to pick it up. Done on time. But asked for a fork and napkins. Guy said they don’t have forks “anymore.” He went to the bathroom and got some paper towels for a napkin but guess I’ll have to eat my papa bowl like a dog.
Also, the picture makes it look like a casserole but more of a 2 dimensional structure. Like pizza but no crust. Tasty enough.

I ordered the papa Johns chicken Parmesan bites and a custom made pizza (small) today January 31st 2023. The papa bites were delicious but the pizza stuck to the bottom of the box and the toppings looked like they were just dumped on top. You can do better Papa Johns

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. They didn’t even deliver my food, and when I called to find out what happened, the lady on the phone yelled at me like it was my fault. Completely disgusting behavior! Zero respect for customers, zero professionalism. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Don’t waste your money or time here — they clearly don’t care about their customers at all

This papa John’s is consistently poor, the toppings are never distributed evenly and they also don’t know how to cut slices with some being as big as my head and other being an inch wide. The slices are also different thicknesses a lot of the times too with MASSIVE crusts on some. I will give a star for the food always being ready on time, even though the quality is below par.
EDIT: revisiting this review a few years later, they have done a full 180 and this it’s been great my last few visits. I don’t know if they changed management or staff, but it’s always ready on time now and the quality is very good for a papa johns.

Ordered pepperoni, delivered cheese. From the reviews on here it seems they fired Papa and then proceeded to make questionable DEI hires and now the customer service appears to be trash. Pizza still tastes good, but it’s a flip of the coin as to what pizza you’ll get and if it will still be circular when it arrives.
