Soooo far…. They mess up my food/pizza WHEN I order through the app. Then the app tells me I am redeeming points or dollars and it never works. By the time I’m exhausted and I get home. I don’t realize they put Marinara sauce on the pizza when I specifically ordered Alfredo because that’s what my child likes and most of the time it’s not cooked to the center of the pizza. However, I will say every time I’ve been in the store, they are very hospitable and nice so just be careful ordering through the app because they don’t redeem your money or your points or whatever and then they usually make it wrong, it’s not mostly with the store specifically, but it is via the app Which is supposed to be simpler right? and when I go back to the app, it tells me I haven’t ordered anything when I clearly did and have. I’m supposed to have all these redeemable $$$ and “points” and the app says nada when I ordered LAST NIGHT (to the tune of basically 6.99 through the app) and it was ALL wrong. Bottom line, going in the store to order with a HUMAN BEING… is worth it. I know time is energy/money/gas etc. But I have to watch EVERY PENNY rn. Otherwise I’d give the store and employees itself 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way.

I used to love papa John’s. The last couple of years I have made the switch to dominos because it’s 1/2 the price. I had the urge to swap it up and order Papa John’s (even though it would cost twice as much). Big mistake. We typically spend around $40-50 for domino’s. For the same amount of food at papa John’s it was $88. I also did not realize they now outsource their delivery. After wondering why it was taking so long, I received an email a door dasher would be delivering my food. By the time we got our food it was cold. The order was also wrong. We ordered one of the bread bowls and they forgot the bread bowl! It was literally sauce and chicken pieces poured in a to go box. I will never order from this location (or any papa John’s ever again. And if you’re reading this, I suggest you take my advice and stick to domino’s. The pizza is better, it’s (much)cheaper, and it is delivered hot.

My last time to order I use to love ordering the Philly cheese pizza the last 2 times it’s been aweful I don’t know why I thought it would change it has so much sauce on it peppers and onions the peppers are so crunchy it’s just nastyness in your mouth I wasted money again barely any meat

I ordered online and the Papa John’s website put the wrong store on my order and when I got here after visiting two other Papa John’s, they GLADLY remade my order so I didn’t have to drive anywhere else! I ordered a New York XL pizza and made a mistake in not ordering the pepperoni on the pizza. The staff here is more than accommodating and helpful! Prepared a new pizza promptly and it was something they really didn’t have to do. Make sure to keep this location with plenty of future business. If it wasn’t for Steven the general manager I would have given yall 5 stars. I called my order in over the phone went in to pick up. Once I got home and started eating my wings, which I specifically asked to be well done I realized they were extremely undercooked. I could not eat them so I called and spoke to Steven the general manager. He was very much rude and didn’t even try to make the problem right. He didn’t offer a remake or anything. Steven only thanked me for letting them know and said they’ll do better next time and I asked him what am I supposed to do about my food. Steven chose to rudely tell me to just pop my wings in the oven because there was nothing they could do about it. I didn’t pay Papa John’s to finish cooking my food at home. Not to mention, Steven already had an attitude when I walked through the door. He was irritated because I didn’t have cash to pay for my order all because he would have to ring my order up again. I see just anyone is chosen for management.
