Ordered online waitwd in parking lot well being made my husband watches the employee eating the lunch meat and putting it on the rest of the package on sandwich bar with same gloves on. He went in to see if the order was ready since the app still said building.

We ordered 3 subs tonight and all 3 were suppose to be toasted and were not they were all made very poorly to the point we couldn’t even eat them. Very sad cause I enjoy coming to my local subway but I will not be doing that until you all can learn how to make a customer’s correctly.

Welp, I really like the protein bowls, however today I was told I could not have more than the thin layer of lettuce because it’s policy. The sandwich artist that served me wouldn’t even let me pay for more. After paying $20 for that and a for long I had to come home and add my own lettuce. I try not to be a Karen, so I let it go, but come on Subway!? Limited lettuce? Even when I’m willing to pay?
