Since Pizzana’s Los Angeles debut in April 2017, the restaurant from partners Candace & Charles Nelson has garnered critical and national acclaim for Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi’s inspired take on the Naples staple. In addition to Michelin Bib Gourmand accolades, Pizzana was recently recognized as one of the top pizzerias in the world by international guide, 50 Top Pizza. Uditi also appears as a lead judge on Hulu’s Best in Dough pizza competition series. Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or fior di latte, is shipped fresh from Italy.

Ordered Pizzana online for the first time and wow… the mushroom pizza was so good. I’ve never been to the restaurant, but that pizza was amazing. Super tasty and fresh. Definitely ordering again.

This place was absolutely amazing. The pizza was so flavorful. We got the vodka pizza and at first I thought I wouldn’t like it, but I loved it. They have a specific ham on the pizza called Coppa. And it was absolutely amazing. The service was wonderful. The waiter was so nice and kind. We have the pappardelle bolognaise, and that was absolutely delicious as well. I got the Arnold Palmer perfectly mixed. If you can find street parking, that would be great. The ambience is very nice. Very Italian themed. Overall a great experience would recommend to anyone wanting delicious Italian food.

Best gluten-free crust you’ll ever have in LA!!
Definitely will be back to try all the pizzas, but the service we recited from Nicole was amazing! She made the best recommendation based of the menu, but most importantly to make sure I would be able to eat it! She mentioned that they have a designated oven for gluten free, and station!
The gluten-free crust is an additional charge, but it’s definitely worth it! Each pizza has 6 slices, but I don’t think anywhere in LA you can find a nice an airy Napoleón style pizza!

I first tried Pizzana when I was taken out for my 21st birthday a couple months ago. After realizing I couldn’t eat much anymore, a lot of alternatives made me nervous. But Pizzana’s vegan, gluten-free pizza was something I genuinely couldn’t stop thinking about.
Yesterday, I decided to order it online. I messed up my order and tried to fix it through Uber Eats, but the wrong one had already been sent out. Shortly after, Pizzana called me back and took care of everything with me. They were patient, kind, and incredibly compassionate.
When I showed up, my pizza was ready. The entire staff was overwhelmingly kind. The manager even apologized and thanked me for choosing Pizzana.
I’m being completely honest when I say I came home and cried. It’s rare to feel that cared for as a customer, especially when food can be such an emotional and stressful thing. The kindness, understanding, and quality of the food meant more to me than they probably realize. I’ll never forget this experience.

Food: BEST.ARTICHOKE.SALAD.EVER. And I can’t stress that enough. Excellent balance in flavours and textures and if it was socially acceptable, I’d probably order 2 of these next time… for myself. We also had the Margherita and Bianca pizzas. The Margherita was delicious but that Bianca… . It was the best white pizza I’d ever had. The sausage they use is absolutely delicious and balanced so well with the sauce and onions. Would def come back for the food.
Service: made reservations online which was super easy. Seated right away and immediately served. We were checked on periodically but it was never overbearing. We were the last table of the night but we never felt rushed. Overall excellent service.
Atmosphere: dark and basic. Quiet since it was a weekday.

Great pizza! Pricey but worth it! Superb salads! Nice environment! I enjoyed my food here. I love the silver lake area so it’s win win. Parking is hell around here. It’s not free and not impossible. Service was good.

So absolutely amazing pizza! It was very delicious, you can taste the quality. Loved the vegan mushroom pizza and with gluten-free crust. Good arugula salad with pine nuts made for us vegan without cheese. We loved it. The regular crust was so tasty as well!!
