
Since Pizzana’s Los Angeles debut in April 2017, the restaurant from partners Candace & Charles Nelson has garnered critical and national acclaim for Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi’s inspired take on the Naples staple. In addition to Michelin Bib Gourmand accolades, Pizzana was recently recognized as one of the top pizzerias in the world by international guide, 50 Top Pizza. Uditi also appears as a lead judge on Hulu’s Best in Dough pizza competition series. Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or fior di latte, is shipped fresh from Italy.

Definitely will be back to try all the pizzas, but the service we recited from Nicole was amazing! She made the best recommendation based of the menu, but most importantly to make sure I would be able to eat it! She mentioned that they have a designated oven for gluten free, and station!
The gluten-free crust is an additional charge, but it’s definitely worth it! Each pizza has 6 slices, but I don’t think anywhere in LA you can find a nice an airy Napoleón style pizza!
Beyond the incredible food, the staff and manager are beyond friendly and inviting. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family, making for a dining experience that’s as enjoyable as it is delicious. This place is a gem and comes highly recommended!
Yesterday, I decided to order it online. I messed up my order and tried to fix it through Uber Eats, but the wrong one had already been sent out. Shortly after, Pizzana called me back and took care of everything with me. They were patient, kind, and incredibly compassionate.
When I showed up, my pizza was ready. The entire staff was overwhelmingly kind. The manager even apologized and thanked me for choosing Pizzana.
I’m being completely honest when I say I came home and cried. It’s rare to feel that cared for as a customer, especially when food can be such an emotional and stressful thing. The kindness, understanding, and quality of the food meant more to me than they probably realize. I’ll never forget this experience.

Service: made reservations online which was super easy. Seated right away and immediately served. We were checked on periodically but it was never overbearing. We were the last table of the night but we never felt rushed. Overall excellent service.
Atmosphere: dark and basic. Quiet since it was a weekday.
