Wow! Mama Alana’s mixes are super yummy and also convenient to make for those of us that aren’t as -ahem- talented in the baking department. On top of all that goodness, this small business is: woman owned, environmentally conscious and local!! So I can feel good supporting a business like Mama Alana’s. When I got paczki today, I purchased a GF vegan Paczki for a coworker. She LOVED IT! Said it is the BEST GF baked good she has ever had. SO YUMMY!!! It is so hard to find gluten free products that taste good, have great texture and that overall are amazing, and every one of these products are more than amazing! I am so beyond impressed with how great they taste, it’s like it isn’t even gluten free! I know so many people who have gluten allergies or want to eat healthier but can’t ever find good options, but mama Alana’s products are exactly what they need, I promise you will NOT be disappointed! I was searching for a delicious carrot cake that all of my friends could enjoy, so I needed it to be both vegan and gluten free. I decided to give Mama Alana’s Pantry a try. I was a little hesitant, because it happens to be my favorite kind of cake, and I just couldn’t imagine it without my normal cream cheese frosting.
The cake was delicious! Everyone loved it, even one of my friends that normally doesn’t care for carrot cake! I can honestly say that I liked it better than my normal carrot cake.
