I am shocked by the disrespect I was payed today, 2:45pm at this location. This used to be my favorite place. I received meat that was very well done and burnt to a crisp like dog food. I was extremely extremely kind and showed them and asked “if it might be something they were willing to remake”. The man at the counter said “Aw yeah that looks really bad and dry.” I said again very kindly thinking he was helping, “Yeah, I didn’t know if it’s something you’d be willing to remake… or?” And he just smile and passive aggressively said “No.” I was genuinely confused and said, “Sorry? Are you saying this is policy or…, I thought you said it looked dry…. I’m not sure I’m understanding?” He just sarcastically and passive aggressively looked me in the eye, almost taunting me and laughing, as if I was some Karen and his friends were enjoying the show, even though I had been so so polite and calm and understanding, and he says “I mean yeah that looks really really dry.” Still not answering my question, I thought maybe he was accusing me of bringing back old food. I said still kindly, and I’m just a young girl, “I just picked it up now, are you unwilling to remake it?” He says, “Yeah no.” And went back to laughing with his friends. I was absolutely speechless. If he had said “It looks a little dry but our policy is not to remake it unless xy z” it would have been totally fine. But this was an incredibly childish and cruel and nonsensical way to treat a kind and patient customer.

Carry out. You get home and there were no chips in the bag however they did put the queso in the bag with no lid that is. Need I say what our experience is. Pretty sure they would not be able to explain this one to me.

Clean new chipotle with good service and delicious burritos. Employee was friendly and quick to make the burrito as specified. Fresh ingredients.

I’ve only ever really had Qdoba but decided to try Chipotle today and I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be going back. For the price I was expecting more. The steak cubes are so large and chewy and cold. Really not much flavor and we paid for a bag of chips and they are stale. Almost $40 for two steak bowls. Not worth the money at all.

First of all, social media is right about their portions. Small and when asked to make sure I received 4oz. of meat, the worker gave me a small bit more and charged me for extra meat. The bowl was not worth $18. Save your money and go to an authentic Mexican restaurant.

This is very hit or miss. 3 out of 5 visits it’s super delicious. The other 2 visits will make you not want to eat here. We go here every week but this last visit was disgusting. My steak burrito was almost only lettuce, maybe 3 pieces of steak and half way through it I bit into what can only be described as dish water. It tasted like how dirty restaurant dish water smells. I threw it away. Our other burrito was almost all lettuce, and I don’t mean it had a lot of lettuce, I mean it was a head of lettuce wrapped in a tortilla with a speck of the ordered guacamole and sour cream . There was more guacamole on the outside of the bag smeared than on the burrito. Going to take a break from coming here till this visit is a distant memory. The thought of the flavor on that burrito still makes me want to vomit. Have a nice day!
*EDIT* I did what the manager asked in their reply and nothing happened. Just an FYI for everyone else. The only thing they do after terrible service is relayed to them is a pointless “please reach out to us” comment.
(2025 update) they have stepped up their game. 4 out of 5 visits it’s flawless. That 1 out of 5 isn’t a big deal , usually.

I’ve never actually had Chipotle before today, but this one just opened nearby and I got curious. The woman and the counter was a lovely help. She walked me through the process and gave some good recommendations. The food didn’t taste how I expected it would, but it was just what I needed at the time. The pulled pork was great! I can’t sing the praises of the chips though. Maybe they’re better fresh, but whatever method is used to salt them, they were either too salty or not salty enough, no in between. Overall, good stuff.

The food is average here at best. The meat is dry and the chips are sometimes stale when we visit. The servers put so much guacamole and sour cream on top of my tacos, it was swimming in it. For what you pay, skip this place and go to a better Mexican restaurant.

Went with my wife for a Sunday evening take out dinner. I ordered my bowl with Beef Barbacoa, which I received less than a spoon full. The server didn’t even offer to refresh the pan to provide more meat. When I asked, he said there was no more left. This was at 5:30pm (prime time). Then there was maybe about less than a handful of lettuce left and instead of getting more he gave me the slim pickings. On top of that, I ordered tomatillo green salsa and received some other orange salsa. Needless to say I won’t be going back there again. Last time I’m spending $30 on 2 burrito bowls
