The staff was very nice and attentive. However the food was awful. I ordered a smash burger. Looked delicious but it was cold and flavorless. The bun was hard and stale. It must have sat out for days. My boyfriend ordered beef tips and vegetables and it also had no flavor and the meat was tough and chewy. We won be back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Party of 6, $236 check with less than 10% occupancy in the restaurant. Waitress came to our table maybe 3 times total. Gave us 1 refill. We had to place the empty plates and extras glasses on the table beside us because she didn’t care to bother to wait on us. With what seemed like her only table, you would think she would try to serve us. After waiting for 10+ minutes with empty plates and empty drinks I had to poke my head into the kitchen to ask for her to get our check. She then basically threw the check and the card reader on the table so this is where you tip and left again. Will not eat here again. Do not recommend.

Stopped in on a random Thursday night and was very pleased to find out that Ruby Tuesday delivers, even when it’s not a Tuesday! I was greeted at the door by my lovely server Adriana who quickly seated me and took my order. The food came out looking delicious and with virtually no wait time! Throughout my visit, Adriana checked on me to make sure I was having an amazing experience and made sure to take care of my every request. After having a time that was this incredible, I will definitely be back!

I made the mistake of ordering the 6 oz ribeye, my son ordered the 12 oz ribeye. 12 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly to order and my son said it was delicious. Needless to say the 6 oz ribeye was a terrible cut of meat. I don’t blame the cook, I don’t think I could cook a quarter inch thick steak medium rare reliably either.

On November 10, 2025, I placed an online order for the catfish meal at Ruby Tuesday’s. This was not my first time ordering this item—in fact, I’ve dined here several times and have always received a fresh, well-portioned, properly prepared meal. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the complete opposite.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I immediately noticed that the portion size of the catfish was shockingly small—thin, uneven pieces that looked nothing like what I had previously been served. The presentation was unacceptable. I asked to speak with a manager right away.

Johnathan and Debbie came to speak with me. They insisted that “this is how the meal is served.” I respectfully disagreed and explained that I have eaten this exact dish multiple times, and it has never been served in such poor quality or portion size. A customer sitting at the bar even spoke up and confirmed my concern, stating, “That is not how they serve the catfish. That lady deserves a refund.”

My information was taken down, and Johnathan personally assured me that a refund would be issued within three business days. I left giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt.

However, after a full week with no refund, I called back. Instead of professionalism, I was met with stuttering, avoidance, and a claim from Johnathan that he never said he would issue a refund—despite his clear promise at the time.

I have attached the photo I took that day. Look at the portion and presentation—would anyone find this acceptable to sell to paying customers?

This experience was extremely disappointing—not only because of the poor quality of the food, but because of the lack of honesty and accountability from management. I truly hope Ruby Tuesday’s addresses this issue, as this is not the standard of service or food quality I’ve come to expect.

Previously on a different occasion, we had the beef kabobs without skewers dish. The beef was tender, chunky, tasteful. This time we had the shrimp and chicken kabob dishes. The shrimp plate was tasty but very skimpy. Hardly no rice, which it was suppose to be on a bed of rice. The chicken was not in pieces you’d get on a skewer. They were itsy bitsy pieces. Not even large enough to see in chicken salad. It was a skimpy plate. We were so very disappointed. We had just gained trust in the service and food served. It had really met up to our expectations. The salad bar was excellent. Well kept by the attendant in charge. Our waitress was excellent as well. Manager did provide a discount for our food. Hoping they improve in the future.

My mother used to go to Ruby Tuesday when I was just a toddler and get the salad Bar all you can eat. She claimed it was the best in town. Now that I’m a grown man, I’ve returned to this nostalgic place just for the all you can eat Salad Bar. And it is still number one in my book. All the items are fresh and colorful. The area is well maintained and cleaned. I recommend this place.

I had the Chicken Carbonara and the wife had the deconstructed Kabob and both were delicious. We chose to go to Ruby’s because we love their salad bar and the manager is a very nice guy.

The salad bar is full of a variety of fresh vegetables, replenished regularly (a definite plus), and good prepared salads, like potato and noodle salad. Our steaks were properly cooked.
Our server, Adriana at the Culpeper, VA location was great. Attentive and friendly and she answered all of our new rewards member questions. She helped to make our dinner an extremely satisfying experience. Thank you.
