Wasn’t able to taste the food because no employee was there when I walked in at around 8pm. The door rings when you come in, but no one was up front and no one came out. I tried opening and closing the door again in hopes they would hear the doorbell ring, but still nothing. I tried calling out “hello?”. No response. After waiting in silence for about 5 min, I called out again. Finally a woman came out wearing a big coat, took a look at me and disappeared for another few minutes. It seemed like they had left the store and just got back. I called out again. She finally came out with no apology or acknowledgement and started washing her hands. By then i was so tired of waiting and being ignored, I left. I don’t think this person should be employed there any longer because she clearly isn’t there to work.

Such a weird experience. Ordered online. Got to the store 15 minutes later. One employee working and apparently several other online orders ahead of me. The two other in-store patrons just stood and waited for the one poor employee to make almost a dozen sandwiches before ordering. Total for my online orders ahead ended up being almost 30 minutes. Safe to say won’t be putting this location on the “fast” food list.

I don’t want to condemn all Subways here by any means. However, this location has some of the most apathetical, condescending employees Ive come across. Ill skip the whole part about ordering via their web site and get right to it. Roll in there about 35 min before closing and the young “go-getter” mopping the floor says “ Ive already broken down the prep station and everything is put away.” To which I inquire about the time…. His response, while not breaking stride mopping, is “i can get some if it back out if you really want me to. “

Absolutely disgusting behavior from two of your workers. Someone who is deaf came in to pick up an online order and your two workers made fun of her and ignored her as she was saying the name for pick up. Followed with a “you talk funny.” I don’t know where basic empathy and compassion has gone, but you obviously aren’t holding that to a standard during your hiring process. Do better
