Why do they charge 12% on your bill for the tip but the waiter doesn’t get it? Then I was told I had to give a good review. The chicken wings were under cooked still pink and bloody, and the rest of the food was dry and not very good. The woman is always on the phone and is mad when you go to pay and she won’t refill your drink.

Buffet was very good. Each dish had individual flavor and looked great. I paid cash, like I do with all “mom and pop” owned restaurants. Credit card companies keep upping their fees taking a bigger and bigger bite out of small businesses and it sucks. Great small town buffet, will visit again.

Would give zero stars if I could! This place is disgusting. Old lady at the desk refused to give drink refills or take dirty plates. Won’t be back here. And recommend nobody else going there also. Food is gross and so are the attitudes of the people working there!!! An automatic 12% gratuity added to your bill? For WHAT? I don’t get refills or plates taken from my table. The old lady waitress also slammed our drinks on the table and threw the straws and almost hit my kid in the face. I refused to pay the auto gratuity, the old lady threatened to call the cops. I waited for cops to be called, she refused to call and hid and had some younger boy stand at the front with me to make sure I pay. Some sketchy going on there.

Unfortunately this was the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. The fried rice was not “fried”! Instead they used yellow rice, no eggs and lots of raw onions. The veggies in our chicken dish were also almost completely raw. No Chinese vegetables, celery, carrots and onion only. No seasonings, bland. We will not be going back.

So gross. Took drinks to wrong table, then brought them back to us. That’s against food industry rules. Food was cold and hard. (Was there shortly after opening too) Then adding gratitude for a bill for 2 people. But if your service and food was better, you wouldn’t need to add it. You’d get tips yourself. Never going back.

I was very ticked off that they now add a automatic tip to your bill, it wouldn’t be so upsetting if they provided better service dont expect to get a drink refill. We haven’t been here in about 6 months. Most likely last time. Service is still just “there.” It’s like you’re a bother for showing up, usually no refills (if you’re asked before you walk out), owner on her phone 90% of the time, but the food is okay. A warning on the automatic gratuity would have been nice. 12% for not even mediocre Service is a bit much.

Did a carryout . This place is a joke! Their idea of Chicken chow mein is tons n tons of onions n the chicken!! ???? No celery, no beans sprouts, no waterchests. It was gross n I threw it away. The won ton soup tastes like dirt!! Plus they have the nerve to charge 5 percent more to us your card. Save your money man don’t eat there. They are rude also. Never again.

The buffet has a decent selection. Depending on the time of day, the selection thins as they are not motivated to restock the buffet. The service is where this place really drops the ball. They rarely take plates or refill drinks. Lately, they’ve started trying to nickel and dime customers. So if you plan on coming here, bring cash because they’re charging 5% on credit card purchases and don’t have a group more than 4 people or a dollar per person will be added to your bill. When I brought up the added charge at the desk, the restaurants owner told me if I did not like it I could call the police.

Food was buns, and charged us extra and made a scene because we had 4 of us paying separately and combined our totals and lied saying we didnt pay fully, wouldn’t come here imo the food sucks, rice was also half uncooked
