Probably the most inconsistent place for pizza. Never know what you’re gonna get. One day it’s ok and the next it’s paper thin, soggy, grease saturated crust or hard as a rock from sitting in the warmer for hours. Ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas today, one was edible the other was “hot and ready” probably 3hrs ago. Can’t wait til the kids ask for someplace different.

When you place your order and they pull what you “ordered” out of the hot and ready warmer and any order of crazy bread when you had a “special order” – then get home to find out crazy bread seemed like it was 4 days old AND cold.

If I could give zero stars I would. Myself as well as my boyfriend and his family will never be visiting this location again.
My boyfriend and his mom got a pizza for pick up from here today for dinner, and when they picked up the pizza, they opened the box to find it cold and hard. His mom proceeded to call this location and asked for the manager who laughed at her over the phone.
Have better customer service and better care for your customers and maybe you won’t get a pizza thrown at you.

We ordered 1 large, thin crust pepperoni pizza, 1 large, regular round pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of italian cheese bread. Both pizzas and the cheese bread were absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing!! We haven’t always had the best experience with the quality of the product ordered, but when they get it right it is AMAZING! Keep up the great work and thank you VERY MUCH!!! 😀

Still waiting for corporate to call me back. I don’t know who else to talk to because I never see an adult there. On aug 30th I was there to pick up a pizza that was a replacement pizza for one a few weeks prior that was raw. I guess employees must be stock holders and weren’t happy to let one go no charge because it was cooked even less than the original pizza and wasn’t even cut. It was basically thrown at me. I’m not sure what the employee mumbled either but I was polite and thanked him. I got home and couldn’t believe I was given that pizza. I laughed at first but then I felt like it had a soapy taste maybe because of the obvious unhappy employee. I’ve been going to this store for at least 30 years. I can’t believe for this being my first problem I was treated so poorly. I guess I can always go to Patties.
