Yes the salad comes with sauce, added a photo to show. Tastes like how I thought it would and a healthy option. It’s nothing amazing to me, as I have had better salad bowls in the states. They don’t have as many options for dressings or ingredients as other places which is why I say that.
Would recommend but I wouldn’t come here again as there’s better options. The outdoor area to sit at is beautiful and unique.

Fantastic lunch spot with a lovely courtyard tucked away from the busy road. Food is fresh and delicious, I definitely recommend the chicken power bowl (the mandarin sriracha sesame dressing is phenomenal). They also have these amazing mist machines around the courtyard that provides a wonderful respite from the summer heat.

I’m not even done eating and wanted to review, this is how happy I am! I did delivery, not going to lie, was a little worried about portions since I wasn’t eating at the restaurant in person. I was super happy with the portion size they gave me
The presentation was really nice, super neat, plenty of Parmesan cheese which I love and just enough of each ingredient I ordered. The bowl was full to the top and the bread was a nice square piece.
Everything tastes fresh and very flavorful. I did a create your own bowl with romaine , rice, grilled chicken, cucumber, broccoli , green beans , balsamic and Parmesan with a side of focaccia bread. The bread was wrapped neatly and was still fresh and soft.
I’m VERY happy with everything and I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu! Please keep it up

I’m going to rate this place with 5 stars because I emphasize that in Winter Park Downtown, there aren’t many places that offer good options at an accessible price. I think this is a perfect spot for a meal, with plenty of healthy choices to make your conscience feel good. But I didn’t choose the healthy option, because my husband and I shared a turkey focaccia sandwich and a pizza. They were great! I love focaccia and they did not disappoint me!
We also had a salad as a side that it was very very small , but it was tasty.
One downside is that they don’t have indoor seating, so we ended up outside by the fans. It was sunny that day so let’s just say we were sweating a bit .

Came in for lunch. Had emailed in advance for a dietary restriction, they replied quickly and had lots of soy free options.
The young lady that helped my wife and I was very pleasant and patient with us, and helped us assemble our bowls.
The food was delicious, it all looked and tasted fresh.
Outdoor dining space was clean, and nice and quiet to sit in.
Overall a great experience.

The ambiance of this place is amazing!
I love the outdoor seating area, even on a hot day it’s so relaxing. I had the homemade focaccia pizza which was delicious, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. My friend had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, her sandwich was delicious and humongous. Although the patio area is simply beautiful, we ate out on the sidewalk seating area so we could people watch.
Although this place is tucked away you will be blown away, this is a great place to take in a wonderful lunch with friends! I can’t wait to stop in again.

Nice idea and service was good considering it’s counter service only. Sandwiches (half brick) was good as was my Wife’s salad. All seating is in adjacent courtyard – no other option during a hot summer or if it is too cold or rainy except to take it home.

This is a hidden gem off of Park Avenue! Very hard to find though. But worth it! They use homemade focaccia bread on their pizzas and sandwiches, which is amazing. Their salads are great also! You can pick a chef created or create your own. Very unique and Lots of great ingredients to choose from! They have a little courtyard to sit in that’s very peaceful and relaxing. I don’t usually see a lot of of people here And I think it’s because they’re so hard to find. Give them a try!

LOVE this place! Probably the best focaccia pizza we’ve ever had! The pasta salad was delicious, and the cookies are “to die for”! The owners and staff are so, so friendly! Great patio area to eat in! This will be our go to place when we are on Park Ave! Love the Millenia Mall location, but the Winter Park location has fantastic pizza!
