A couple of years ago, maybe more, we ran across Sushi Moto, I was so excited. Sushi Moto used to be on 99 above Edmonds. I had the sushi lunch combo more times than I’m willing to admit to. We had lunch today and it was excellent. The ce was the best. I love the atmosphere of the place, friendly, efficient, and unpretentious. Although quite far from home in Seattle we manage to get here making a day of it. I had a sushi combo, my partner had one of their bento boxes. Yum!

We are in town visiting quite often, but this was our first time ordering takeout from here.The beef bibimbap was so fresh and delicious, and the house made sauce was some of the best I’ve ever had.! I added avocado to my bowl. I also had the sunomono cucumber salad on the side and it was so tasty and fresh, and quite a larger portion than I had expected. I could have made a meal of it alone. For drink I had their lemon sweet tea and was afraid it would be too sweet, but it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Normally their food is great but I think the chef today that they had didn’t really care about quality. We got 2 rolls of different types and they both had old black brown avocado in them. My grandma and I were very surprised by this because we have never had this problem. Maybe they don’t care about the quality as much as they used to? I have no idea but I’m just really surprised. Other then that we just paid for the other things and had the rolls taken off which was nice of them to do. I’d recommend paying more attention to quality.

I had dinner there last night. Their food and service were amazing! We had the Spicy Crunch Tuna Roll and the Jessica Roll with a salad and a beer. I hear the Creamy Toro Yaki Roll is their #1 Seller on the menu. Ask about it! The bill was around $61 without a tip! The sushi was fresh and the ginger salad was great. The salad was large enough for both of us to share. They were super busy on a Friday night which is a sign of great food! Keep up the great work! We will be back!

We were greeted by several staff upon entering, everyone was smiling and working together in harmony. The food was delicious; beyond our expectations and they had the specialty items we asked for. Our orders came out quickly and the plating was elegant and unique. Our server was very attentive also knowledgeable about every item on the menu. I will definitely be going back again!
