I haven’t been to KFC in a while and I was excited about the wings coming back for a quick dinner idea. Sadly it was disappointing. This place was out of more than half of its chicken or they didn’t want to cook anymore by a little past 7pm. My husband had to settle for what was left. My wings were soggy and the wedges were hard and dry. There was only one other customer inside waiting on food. The person taking our order was a little confused but nice. I will not be back for sometime if at all.

Store says it closes at 11. Their lobby was closed at 9:14 while they claim their lobby closed at 10. Their mobile app won’t take orders at 9:32pm. KFC is a mess, but that’s all of Yum Brand. Chicken was just ok, I think I got the last of what they cooked up

There was a bunch of kids working. Never a good sign when going to a restaurant. The skin on chicken was falling off. The wings were small. The food took forever and still wasn’t fresh. Not only will I not being going to THIS location, I’m done with KFC as a whole. I had to go to this location because the one on Main/Memorial couldn’t figure out how to add a gift card. The “manager” could even construct a full sentence in English. Don’t get me started on that. It was a bad experience all the way around. I will NOT be eating chicken here again. To many other options.

Seriously how hard is it when you have no customers to get an order right??? I purchased a 3 piece asked for mac and cheese and mash potatoes with gravy. I even said it twice. Yet my order was wrong I received coleslaw instead of mash potatoes. Service was blah and when I asked for butter and honey I was told they didn’t have any. How can you have biscuits without honey??? Will definitely travel a little farther to get better service and quality.

ordered a famous bowl when I received it it was missing items. was told that they are out of ingredients and they knew that when taking my order, refused to give me a refund.

I had the worst experience with the staff today. I placed an online order for pick up and when I got to the restaurant, they took an hour to give me my food! The female cashier started arguing with one of the cooks and was being super disrespectful and cussing at him for not wanting to take her cashier spot. I asked her to check for my pick up order since I had a notification that it was ready and she disregarded me and kept cussing loudly and arguing with the one of the cooks. She then grabbed her personal belongings and left. I waiting for another staff member to help me and also mentioned my food wasn’t ready and continued to serve other people. I was standing in line for over 20 minutes to see that my food was ready but was never placed in a to go box. The staff member kept telling me that it wasn’t ready so I had to show him my order confirmation. It wasn’t until he saw it that he went to the back to put my food together.

This location is impressively clean and incredibly efficient. They offer a self-service kiosk, which is a great option, but the speed of the regular service is so fast you might not even need it. The restaurant is rarely busy, making it a reliable choice for a quick and easy meal.

9/8/25 12:05 PM – drive thru. Pulled up right after another vehicle and was met with 2 minutes of silence but I’m in a relatively good mood. I had an awkward exchange putting in my order for 3 piece big box combo. I pull around and continue to wait behind the vehicle I originally met up with. About another 10 minutes go by, and the gentleman opens the window to tell me they are out of extra crispy breasts and only have original thighs. I politely declined and left. It was 12:15PM sir.
No cars in the parking lot and I’m the only person in drive-thru. How do you not have any of your signature chicken that KFC is known for and makes in relatively sized batches in pressure cookers? LOL like what?!?! They were polite and all but how can I do business if the business isn’t ready for a crowd of ONE. 😀
I went a few miles north to Popeyes and no problems getting my order filled.
