I recently visited this Subway and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-casual sandwich spot. It truly sets the gold standard for what a Subway should be.
The absolute highlight was the freshness of the ingredients. The Italian Herb and Cheese bread was perfectly soft and warm, and the vegetables—especially the spinach, peppers, and cucumbers—were incredibly crisp and vibrant. It felt like they were just delivered that morning, which makes a huge difference in the overall quality of the sandwich. I ordered a Spicy Italian, and the meat portions were generous and layered perfectly. The staff clearly takes pride in presentation.
Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The team working during the lunch rush was fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They handled the long line with ease, making sure every customer got exactly what they asked for without feeling rushed. My sandwich artist, Alondra was attentive and built my sub exactly to my specifications.
Finally, the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean. The seating area was well-kept, and the preparation counter was organized and pristine, which always makes me feel confident in the food I’m ordering.

Horrible experience. Placed online order and the actual sandwich which came was completely different. Bread type, ingredients, sauces everything was mismatched & no cheese / toasted. I called several times to report this, no one picks up the phone. Would never suggest anyone to come here

Looks like Subway has priced themselves out with this move. We drive all the way out here because service in our area sucks. But to be honest the service depends on who’s working that day. The other night we ordered two sandwiches. She made one of them incorrectly (extra meat) when I didn’t request it. The rest of the order was fine, but when it came to pay it was almost $40 for two sandwiches!!!! What the holy hell?! I look at the receipt and she rang up mine as the titan turkey (for the extra meat I didn’t order) and entered the sandwich with extra meat as a turkey with an extra meat charge of $5 plus the avocado charge of $4. A $20 sandwich? Subway, you’re ok but you’re not that great.
There was no point in disputing this at the time since she couldn’t even make the sandwich correctly to begin with.
I’m completely disgusted by this and we won’t be back.

Juliana is the best. She makes the sandwiches the right way, follows the correct recipe, and she is super nice. Hope she gets a raise, and some recognition for her craft and service. I dont know who Steve is but Juliana is the goat at this location. Sorry Steve

I came in an hour before closing time… the lady slammed every single plastic lid both on the counter and back to its place and slammed my cup down. She informed me that “our new hours are 8:30pm” i walked in at 7:30 almost.. An elderly lady was with me and received the same treatment. Not a fan
