I’m disappointed and upset with this location. I ordered the pretzel pizza combo that’s literally a promo everywhere, and they couldn’t even get that right. I’ll give them an extra star because the crazy bread was perfectly cooked and delicious. But the pizza was just a regular pepperoni and the cheese was way overcooked. It tastes like a child cooked it to be quite honest. I wouldn’t have an issue at all with this mistake if it weren’t for the fact they messed up my pizza so bad.its not like I ordered 3 pizzas, I ordered one combo. It tastes kind of like they used old cheese or just took an old pizza that was cancelled and slapped it into the heater with my order. It’s a little ridiculous that I have to check my order that I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time because I can’t trust they’ll have it right. I’m a little sick of these workers not wanting to do there job they get paid to do and chose to apply to. If it’s such a problem to serve customers and do your job, maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service.

It took forever to get our pizza, and when we finally got it, it barely had any cheese. It’s a cheap pizza, but I’ve never seen anything like this at any other Little Caesars—only at the Plainwell location.

We frequent this location 3-4 times per month. If you’re looking for a quick lunch or dinner for your family, or even for yourself, you can’t beat the value. Their app is super quick and easy to use. If you have certain items you order over and over, you can favorite them to quickly order the next time. Pick-up is incredibly fast since they place your order in a kiosk that keeps your food warm until you get there. Little Caesar’s has been a go-to in my family since I was a kid and hopefully will continue for years to come.

Probably the nicest Little Caesar’s we have been to. It is located conveniently in the Woodbridge Village with ample parking.
The Place is clean and the staff is really nice unlike the other location at westnedge. Our Pizza was really well made and delicious. Troy provided us with really good customer service even though they were closing soon.
All Covid-19 safety measures are being take to keep everyone safe.

7 customer in store and no acknowledgment for several minutes. The staff all have smug looks on their face. One of the staff is loud and whiny and complains constantly. Worst run pizza place in town.

This was a great experience! I placed my order online food was hot and ready in portal for pick up within 10 mins. I was greeted as I walked in the store and made sure I was taken care of instantly. Awesome store to order pizza, fits in where it should in decent area of Portage. Glad that raising cane’s is replacing the other location, giving more focus on this store.
