We ordered food on the app and were told at pickup that they don’t serve food. They would not provide a refund at the point of sale and directed me to customer service. After half an hour on hold I finally was able to request a call back. The customer service agent said they’d have the manager reach out. He emailed. No refund after a week, horrible experience.
Revision: I was able to get the refund by going in person. This was highly inconvenient but at least I was able to get my money back.

Says it should be open, people inside, gates closed. Walmart cashier says the workers at Dunkin’ are only serving one person at a time. Was a real let down the one day we were craving Dunkin’ coffee and donuts.
