We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Limu Inna and had an amazing experience. Even though our group ended up being smaller than planned, the staff treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is attentive, and the food is outstanding. The tuna melted in our mouths, the steak was perfectly cooked, and all the sides were delicious. Their cocktails and dessert (especially the tres leches!) were incredible. We stayed from 7 PM to midnight and never felt rushed. Truly a 10/10 restaurant — highly recommend!

Stopped in for restaurant week and I’m glad I did.

Limusina truly earns the 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere.

Started off with the queso fundido which had a very unique taste to it and of course it was flambéed. Then we moved on to the main course which was the filet mignon which had one of best chimichurris I’ve ever tasted. Finishing with dark chocolate masa torta that was to die for.

Highly recommend to check out this spot!

This restaurant is incredibly stylish and trendy!
I visited after reading an article saying it’s one of Manhattan’s newest rising spots and it was absolutely the right choice.
I came here for my birthday and the experience was unforgettable. The staffs greeted us warmly with a birthday card and kind wishes. After our meal when we told them we would skip dessert and asked for the check, they surprised us with a lime shaved ice topped with a candle. One of the staff members said he couldn’t let me leave without celebrating properly which truly touched my heart.
The menu is filled with unique and creative dishes and everything we tried was delicious. I was especially intrigued by the chili-infused cocktail. I had never tried anything like it in my home country so I ordered it out of curiosity the spicy yet subtly sweet flavor was incredibly special. Highly recommended!
The restroom was clean and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful. From the outside, it might look crowded and noisy with trendy music playing but once you’re inside, the lively energy feels exciting rather than chaotic. Even with many guests, the space still feels organized and thoughtfully managed.
With warm and friendly staff and outstanding food, it was truly a happy birthday dinner. I will definitely return on my next visit to New York!

I had low expectations for this place since I feared it will be focused on aesthetics and not substance but it was actually great. The food was tasty, inventive, and aesthetically pleasing. The service was attentive and hospitable and of course, the restaurant itself was gorgeous to look at. Highlights were the quesadilla and the sea bass ceviche which is probably the best ceviche I’ve had in my life. The corn brule’ was good but incredibly sweet and felt more like a dessert.
If I had to find places for improvement i would suggest lowering the volume of the music and adding more cocktails to the menu. Otherwise this was 10/10

This place is such a vibe. Would be so fun for a bday dinner!! A little pricy but with Quality branded (don Angie, quality anything) the food is always excellent and great portions. Would definitely come back. Also if you go ask for Jessa she’s AWESOME!! Literally one of the best servers I’ve had in NYC.

I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into Limusina given the mixed reviews online, and as someone who knows good food, I’m not easily impressed. But this place absolutely blew me away!!! The vibe is intimate, warm, and effortlessly stylish, and every dish we ordered was exceptional.

The guacamole was bright, vibrant, and had the perfect touch of heat. The sea bass ceviche was stunning with a punchy lemongrass flavor, beautifully balanced, and so fresh. The red snapper aguachile was divine and ended up being one of my absolute favorites. The passion fruit brought a gorgeous fruitiness that danced with spice, savoriness, and sweetness. It was so good I drank the juice down to the last drop.

The filet albondigas were tender and delicate, and that sauce was incredible. We literally spooned up every bit when the meatballs were gone. The lobster al pastor was another highlight with perfectly cooked lobster, vibrant al pastor flavors, and a presentation that felt special without being fussy.

Dessert was the perfect finale. The dipping sauces- white chocolate with yuzu and the dark chocolate with a spicy kick- were both really memorable and gorgeous, and the churritos were heavenly. Like, I could eat a thousand of them haha!

Cocktails were equally impressive. I had two spicy mezcalitas and an espresso martini, all beautifully balanced and crafted to complement the meal!

Service was wonderful, especially our server Matt, who truly elevated the night. He has great energy (and yes, great hair— I called him Matt with the Good Flow), and his recommendations were spot on. I told him I wanted to eat only what would wow me, and he truly delivered! He was attentive and gracious, even when my husband took ages to find parking, checking in often and making sure I was comfortable.

Limusina completely exceeded my expectations. Incredible food, fantastic cocktails, and standout service. Ask for Matt’s section when you make a reservation, you’ll thank me later.

My friend absolutely raved about this place- he had been here before with a friend so he ordered for us. The atmosphere and environment is absolutely stunning, modern, charming, colorful and warm. We got the guac to start, a queso fundido, spicy caesar and steak nachos. The first round of food was decadent, the guac excellent, fondue was great taste and flavor, a slight hint of sweetness, they even set it on fire for effect. The salad was really light, airy, and flavorful. The steak nachos were tasty and a great bite sized meal. The second round of food we both agreed we messed up on- the albondingas came too charred and they brought us a second plate, but the sauce was too sweet. The corn ribs were not the crispy kind I was used to and were alright. I also asked the waiter about mezcal and he offered me Vida, Montelobos, 400 Conejos and Ilegal. On my way to the bathroom, I saw a few other types of mezcal and inquired about them later. The waiter then sent the sommelier over since he did not know about those mezcales. She came over and we had a nice chat about mezcales and let us taste some of them. We got a tres leches for dessert and it was enough dessert for four people! It was excellent and NOTICEABLY less sweet than our meatballs and sweet corn. It was a great way to close out the night. The sommelier came over again and offered us another mezcal on the house. We could not say no but we were struggling to finish our drinks at that point!

I was so impressed with this stunning restaurant. Every bite was delicious and out of the norm. The guacamole served with a passion fruit hot sauce was a highlight, as was the yellowtail aguachile. The spicy Caesar was one of the most unusual and delicious Caesar salads I’ve eaten. Service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere one of the best in nyc. And everything we ate tasted unlike anything I’ve eaten in a Mexican restaurant in nyc. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely Fabulous! Limusina is truly a gem. The place is gorgeous — the décor, the ambiance, everything is just right. What I loved most was the balance: there was great music, but not so loud that you had to shout — you could actually have a conversation and still enjoy the atmosphere.

Every single dish we tried was incredible. The guacamole and chips were unlike anything I’ve ever had — so fresh, so flavorful, and gluten-free chips! The spicy Caesar salad was a fun surprise — unlike any Caesar I’ve tasted before! The black sea bass appetizer was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with a hint of coconut and pineapple — absolutely delicious. The steak barbacoa – wow! The “machete” with black truffle and guava jam was unique and unforgettable, and the filet albóndigas were tender and mouthwatering. For drinks, the Flaca Margarita was excellent — fresh, smooth, and beautifully made. To top it all off, the service was wonderful. Our server, Mauricio, was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I can’t wait to go back Limusina is one of my new favorite spots in NYC!

The experience was 10/10! We had a large party and the restaurant was so accommodating! Due to the longer wait, they treated us to complementary glasses of champagne and even sent over an appetizer for the wait. The food was AMAZING! The elote cream brûlée was the best thing and such an amazing cushion dish. The restaurant itself is beautiful and in the heart of Hudson years. Great for a birthday dinner!
