Charged me 15 dollars for a 10 doollar sandwich
Put the wrong sauce on it in front of me and refused to fix it
Wouldn’t heat my chicken or bacon separately told me it all had to be toasted or I couldn’t have it heated it all

Staff seemed unfriendly. We were the only persons in line for food. Staff or servers were not pleasant. Seemingly had attitude issues. Food preparer seemed unconcerned and somewhat distracted. No smiles here. One guy not serving us behind counter kept staring. The items seemed unrefreshed and messy. I don’t believe that the personnel understands customer service. We were more polite to them than they were to us. He acted like he was doing us a favor. We are busy people and often enjoy Subway. Not this time.

First of all bad workers who judge you and laugh. You have to ask them 10 times for something. When you order online and want more of something on your sandwhich I swear they give you less of it. How come I put more onion and then have me TWO PIECES. So annoying and not cool

This place is usually great but today there no soap in the bathroom, the sanitizer was out at the front, and gave us no napkins which we realized when we went to go eat in the car where the sanitizer was since we’d been shopping. We were the only ones in at the time.the flatbread and the cookies were hard.

The server I had was in a very fowl mood and messed up my sandwich. She also made me feel unsafe because she tossed the knife down which was a result of her being in a bad mood. I also didn’t feel welcomed at all.

My youngest and I stopped in here for lunch today. The staff was friendly. That’s the positive. The tables and floors were dirty. I have worked at Subway. I know what the measurements are and how you assemble and fold the sandwiches and wraps. If you ask for an extra portion of anything, their “double” is the same as a deluxe (so one regular portion and a half) and their wraps are sloppy. I was not satisfied with this visit. $20 dollars for a drink, a wrap and a footlong portion of ham only for the toddler which wasn’t even a footlong portion. It was a six inch. We won’t be going back here. I would suggest the one in Ellettsville next to the Hometown IGA instead.
