Worst food I have ever ordered from a Chinese restaurant, no flavor at all. You can totally tell they mix the duck sauce with ketchup…..I felt sick after eating barely anything. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’ve worked in food service for 15+ years. You can tell its cheap food that is not properly kept. Barely any beef in the beef lo-mein, the noodles were bland and greasy, crab rangoons were dry on the inside and hard as a rock, surprised I didn’t break a tooth. You can get a better meal at a soup kitchen. Save your money or go somewhere else…seriously. Whoever says this food is good is either lying or taste blind. I think I might make myself throw up if it doesn’t happen on its own in the next 5 minutes….

It was okay, we ordered eight plates and only one of them was no onions but they did all eight no onions. Shrimp was just thrown to the side like an after thought and not mixed in the rice. The boneless spare ribs were so hard. Definitely not their best food, might not go back.

I’m not big on trying different food I get beef fried rice chicken and broccoli extra chicken and they put a nice size amount a lot price for the amount you get us great to me never had a issue with them I rather go here then alot of other places

Their costumer service sucks. They are more concern about the money than the costumer satisfaction. Never again will I order from people that only care about collecting money even when they mess up on your order. They will sell you rat meat and anything for your money. Ten thumbs down.

Recently moved close to this place… Would’ve loved to try it but when you call it’s always busy or if it rings and nobody picks up and then as I read other reviews about poor customer service I guess I have to agree the least you can do is answer your phone… Ended up driving to West Springfield to my normal spot Golden Chopsticks just so I wouldn’t be disappointed for the entire evening

Only 2 stars for the crab Rangoon but the pork fried rice and chicken wings no flavor at all. I just ate the chicken wings to not let it go to waste definitely a waste of money. Won’t order from again unless I only get crab Rangoon.
