Ps that’s normal. Dist restrictions, food allergies, etc etc.
Language barriers isn’t a problem it’s a lack of customer service and professionalism. Also refused to return my digital currency to my USAA bank card after I paid for my order and later refused me my purchased order because I asked for clarification.
Owner proceeded to harass me while I was sitting down waiting for them to make sure it was the correct order. Clearly just waiting for them to do their job.
Owner had already targeted me because she has the place under camera surveillance ps I’m sure they need to disclose that.
Anyways in my opinion that’s a violation of privacy. Especially when she decided to personally target and attack me while sitting down. Not surprised though women here have already done that to me and I realize it’s a trend especially if speaking English here.
I asked that they make sure they give me the correct order after the cashier asked me what I ordered and said I don’t remember/know check my receipt. Not my job by the way, if orders aren’t prepared it’s not up to me to track them and do the waitresses job.
I don’t know the way they pre package their burritos. (Not my responsibility ) in other words lack of professionalism and unless you’re in military uniform or in a police uniform the women there don’t care to greet you like a paying customer. Ps not to mention another man that walked in and they happily greeted him also had a problem with the order but I was singled out and targeted at this establishment.
Horrible, don’t recommend. Establishment is not ran well, toxic and hostile.
Not to mention this whole area has a monopoly of establishments. Didn’t realize you would get harassed for speaking English.

Food is a 10! Especially those red chilaquiles! I love them so much, on my birthday my husband knows that’s my go to place.
At Stephanie with the bad review I happen to be there when you had your Karen attitude and if you are going to tell a story you might want to tell the whole story!
You came in with a miserable attitude and were rude to everyone from the very beginning, the employee simply asked to clarify the chorizo burrito and you answered back with ” idk you should know, what are you incompetent” completely uncalled for on your behalf.
That’s when the supervisor stepped in and mentioned you had previously came in and made an employee cry and she had the right to refuse service if you were going to treat the employees the way you were.
Kuddos to the supervisor! Just because you are a customer doesn’t give you the right to treat people that way, have some decency and education to know you are not superior to anyone.
Overall great experience every time I go and I’ve been going for years.
We both ordered the menudo and it was so delicious. We will definitely be back.
(Great service, delicious food, and well worth the drive).
