This is the third time in a row that I have had to deal with poor service from this store.
First, their workers call my phone to harass me for extra tips (not “a” tip, extra), despite delivering the completely wrong order, and when asking the on shift manager why this is occurring, I am ridiculed and told that ” yeah drivers do that sometimes to try and get extra money” as if that is an acceptable practice.
Second. Despite requesting to have the order left at the door, and it being printed as instructions on the receipt, drivers will NOT leave the door for at least 5 minutes, ringing and knocking incessantly, I assume to get more tips out of you.
Lastly, the most recent time I tried to order from this store, they not only did not deliver the right order, but when I brought it back to the store to get the right order, simply asking that the delivery fee be waived was out right refused, them claiming it impractical to do so.
I will not return to this store, and if you value your time and money, I suggest no one else does either.
I am constantly ordering a large cheese pizza with a square cut from my children. I am constantly receiving a large cheese pizza with a pie cut. If this had only happened once, I wouldn’t think much of it. But literally 90 percent of the time, I’m receiving an item I did not orde – the cheese pizza with a pie cut. This has probably happened (no lie) about 15 times.
Recently, I’ve been calling the restaurant back explaining the error and they’ve been happy to apply a discount to my account. So, poor quality control but good customer service, I figure. But it’s a decent enough comprise but now I’m having the store tell that (when I call to have the discount applied) there is no credit on the account, or having the manager argue with me about the having had the discounts on my account (while I can hear her employees cursing in the back ground) or receiving my pizza in this fashion.
If corporate customer outreach is reading this – I would love for you to contact me.
They got it wrong on both counts. Manager stated that they were in between shifts.
However, if the order was taken correctly, then it shod not matter how many shift changes you are between.
NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!
