I’m from California where hole in the wall Chinese food places are plentiful and I missed it so much. Had a great experience here. They give A LOT of food if you sit in and dine. A whole plate of the meat you choose and a whole plate of rice.

Used to eat here all the time when I was into this kind of Chinese food, but I’ve stopped eating this kind recently. But I though since I was in town, that I would try it again because….wok & roll… It was terrible, I was so hungry and just lost my appetite I’ll just put up a photo of the egg roll that I was about to chow down… just never again… ever.
Also I got bourbon chicken… which wasn’t really bourbon chicken… it was a sad variation.

Came for lunch around 1 o clock. There was nobody else there so we sat down to eat in . It was nice and quiet not loud at all. We placed an order for 2 soups and a lunch special , the total came out to about $15 for 2 people . After we sat down the food came out not even 5 minutes later . Everything was hot and fresh , and for the price you can’t beat it . Was just in the area running errands (live in Indianapolis) but I’d make the drive home here to come back sometime to try some other things for sure . I got the lunch special shrimp lo mein (w fried rice), and my friend got the chicken noodle soup and egg drop soup.

Not sure how this has good reviews. My Kung Pao chicken was all chewy breading with no chunks of chicken of actual chicken inside. Flavor was pretty good but I couldn’t eat after 2 bites. Will not buy again.
