Seriously love this place. I used to perform services for this location in a prior line of work and have now become a customer again when I travel to Pocahontas. I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect as a customer and a service provider, the food is great, the robot delivery is super cute and the staff are pretty well always smiling. Highly recommend if you are wanting a good, clean place to stop and grab a bite.

1st time trying this place. We got sat quick as it was not very busy. Robot visited our table and gave us chips which was different. The food was OK but the service was not so good. The waitress shoved our bill and we never even was offered desert. What really was the worse part was paying there were two guys speaking Spanish completely ignoring us trying to pay. Once he took my card he never said a word as they kept up the conversation ignoring us. Never asked how was our meal and when I asked if I could leave a tip on the card he never even acknowledged me. Talk about a place that does not want our business. One star and I would give it less if I could. Since they do not want our business I will definitely never step foot in the door again. Too many other Mexican restaurants in town that appreciate our business. This one won’t last long if they continue ignoring there customers.

Stopped in for dinner. Started out good with chips and salsa, and I prefer the salsa in a vase thing like they do here. I’m an a la carte guy and ordered a chicken (fajita style) quesadilla and beef soft taco. The chicken was ok in the quesadilla. The taco however was not good. The beef tasted odd to me and I didn’t like it. Service was ok. Overall it was less than $10 for everything I ordered. Towards the end of the meal, this robot came over on it’s own and delivered chips and salsa to another table… Not joking!

When I showed up, I waited up front because the sign said to wait to be seated. There was only two other families there and plenty of staff. At least 3 staff members just looked at me and ignored the fact that I was there. Finally someone came to seat me. I told them a table for one and she gave me 2 menus. I ordered my drink and no one came back to take my order for almost 45 minutes. A different waiter came and took my menu and I informed him that no one took my order yet. He took my order and apologized for the wait. The food came out fairly quick and was not amazing but good. I don’t think I would go back here.

I have never had a bad meal here, and this last visit was no exception. My husband ordered fajita nachos and was fairly pleased with it, although he did comment that it was a little light in the cheese. I ordered molcajete and was very happy with my meal. I have allergies and ordered some modifications. The dish normally comes with chicken, steak, shrimp, and pineapple tidbits in a thin, flavorful sauce. I asked for no steak and no dairy on the sides. Y’all, the meal they brought out to me was HUGE! It was served in a hot lava rock bowl, so the meal stayed hot while I attempted to get through a portion of it. I had leftovers galore! When I took the leftovers out of the fridge the next day, I added more pineapple, some teriyaki sauce, chili hot sauce, coconut rum, and rice. That was our dinner that night, and I still have some left for lunch! Service was prompt and friendly as always. The restaurant always looks clean. The only thing that could make this a better experience is if they offered margaritas, but it may be a dry county.

We stopped here on the way back from Texas. So many Mexican restaurants that have no flavor but this place! Flavor was so so good. I got the Carne Asada tacos my son the Loco burrito. We loved EVERYTHING. GREAT service too

Food was fair , cleanliness is fair but I’m 1000% against these robot waiters/ waitresses . We make note of these places and do not return . One because this is to small of a town and to easy to just bring food or chips and salsa to the table and the more you think you like these the more they are taking someone’s job . Just look how filthy this thing is .. this also doesn’t allow for waiters to properly know what’s been taken to their table , otherwise maybe we would have been checked on after and wouldn’t have to ask for the check and a to go container .. Food was decent enough , typical chain Mexican .

Pocahontas Arkansas, the restaurant was clean. They didn’t accommodate you by coming around and asking if there was something that you may need.. I saw nothing but male Waiters. It was nice to see that they correlated with their outfits. It was right before 5 lot of people were leaving and people were starting to come in. My dinner I felt that the steak mixed with chicken had no flavor whatsoever. It seemed as though it was just cut and small slices with no seasoning or time whatsoever.. I would not recommend it nor would I ever choose it again from this establishment. The other dinner my friend said he enjoyed.. ample parking for people which was next to the Walmart store.
