We were in the area and decided to eat here. We were welcomed as we walked inside! Being that it was our first time, Keaton took very good care of us and answered our questions as we went down the line. He was very friendly and helpful! We were very surprised that the toppings were unlimited! We also were able to sample some items to make sure that we liked it! All of the produce, toppings, protein, sauces and so much more looked very fresh!! Going down the line the areas were very clean!!! No spills, or mess!! We had build your own salads. We checked out with Kayin who was very friendly and helpful. I’m definitely signing up to earn points. You can tell that the staff enjoy working there! Wish there was Salata in or near Winston-Salem! Looking forward to coming back again!

Clean interior. Offers kid menu, booster seats and high chairs. Also has outdoor seating, and a hightop seating spot with plugs for phone and laptop charging. Service was good, ingredients I chose were fresh, and the regular salad size was larger than expected. The salmon I chose for protein, although chilled, had not been overcooked, which is uncommon for fast food outlets. The multigrain croissant I ordered was good and fresh, though not warm. I arrived after 12:30 and the location was quiet, only one other couple dining, but within a half hour 11 other customers were dining, plus some pick-up customers to go.

Didn’t know this place was here until recently. They do a great create your own salad with many fresh topping options. The service was quick and friendly. Really enjoyed the dressings too. My sister also is a fan of the chicken tortilla soup. Loved my salad and will definitely be back!

It was so good!! Everyone was super nice and helpful, there is a large selection of fresh items to add to your salad or wrap.
It was a little hard to find using Google maps – you’ll want to be on the side with the Harris Teeter parking lot. We ended up calling for directions and the gentleman we spoke with was super helpful

One of our favorite places but extremely disappointed that when we went to pick up our online order the staff had not started the order, although they had the receipt with our order, at 7pm they were out of basic ingredients like cucumbers and the croissants. If you’re going to be out of stock of ingredients and not make online orders just close early.

Great experience and friendly service. The vegetables and greens are fresh and crisp with well seasoned protein toppings and plenty of variety. The serving staff was eager to please and quick to provide recommendations if inquired. The portion sizes for dine-in are VERY generous, even their “small” salad is more than sufficient for a lunch time meal. The salad dressing options are fantastic with very nice flavor blends and are fresh made.

It is a lot of options and you could slow up the line as you have to figure out what you want. It would be nice if they had some salad options on the menu that have a basic salad construction, but that may take away from their intention of it being totally custom made to order.

The salads are tasty but consistency is a problem. Sometimes I’m missing toppings, other times they give a light sprinkle of toppings and sometimes the salads are quite light. Feels like even though I’m ordering the largest size, I’m given an amount that would fill the smallest size.
Also didn’t appreciate my last visit. I ordered two salads with similar toppings, except one had no eggs and I wanted jalapeños on it. I got more eggs than normal, the jalapeños weren’t there, but I got a hair in its place. I threw it out. Didn’t have the time to grab anything else so my husband and I split a salad for lunch.

Awesome environment and atmosphere! Friendliest staff since Chick-Fil-A. Kayin and Collete were unmatched and truly were sunshine on the rainy day I came in. So clean!! Even the bathroom was clean and thee most beautiful one I’ve seen in a to go restaurant. Definitely will be my new go to place for a salad

Fabulous salad place, with warm staff! Very reasonably priced, can take half to go for another meal. The ingredients are so varied and other than paying for the main protein, you can have it all for the same price. Highly recommend!

This place was so good! I stopped in here after work one afternoon and was immediately intrigued. Chipotle – but salad bar! Or you could always make a wrap.
They had a ton of different types of greens, meats, toppings, dressings to choose from. All were fresh! One of my biggest pet peeves when you go to a place like this is when you see the lettuce/ etc is brown or just not good. But not here!
The portions are pretty big also- I got a small salad (picture listed!)
