This Starbucks is one of my favorites.
The location couldn’t be better — it’s perfectly situated in the shopping center with incredibly easy access to and from the 101 freeway.
Whether you’re grabbing a coffee before getting on the freeway or hopping off for a quick stop and heading right back on, it’s convenient and hassle-free.
It’s also the only Starbucks in Calabasas with a drive-through, which makes it even more convenient.
The drive-through itself is smooth and easy to navigate.
The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the store is always clean and well-maintained.
It’s a great, reliable spot whether you’re in a rush or just want to enjoy a relaxed coffee break.

I stopped by Starbucks and had a really solid experience. The sandwiches were actually really good; fresh, warm, and filling enough for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with, and my order came out fast. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe. Nothing over the top, just good food and good service, which is really all you need.

The location is awesome and the staff seemed nice. I love that they have a drive through window. Those are the only reasons why I’m giving it two stars if not I would give it 0. I ordered a pink drink and it came with expired dried strawberries that I didn’t realize had gone bad until after I drank my entire drink. I thought it might have been discoloration at first but then I tried one and it tasted disgusting. Now I’m left with a horrible stomach ache from this. I took a side by side picture of a fresh dried strawberry vs the expired one …

Probably the worst Starbucks I have been to in my life. I went during a week day (not busy at all), and they got my drink wrong, but also forgot whipped cream. I asked for whipped cream instead of throwing a fit about the whole drink being wrong and the employee was very rude and seemed annoyed that I asked her to simply add whip on top. She said “YOU SAID NO WHIP” and snatched the cup and went to top it off while complaining to her co-worker. I felt really uncomfortable. How would she have reacted if I told her the whole drink was wrong and wanted it redone? She gave it back to me practically rolling her eyes…Will never come back to this location, when there are friendlier ones seconds away (literally).

I’ve never bothered to write a Starbucks review, because who does? Honestly, this is by far the best Starbucks location I have ever been to in the maybe 500 locations I’ve been to.
Whoever is the manager (i believe Nala – but she might be the assistant manager) is should be promoted but please don’t on the other hand because it’s so well run.
Perfect example was today i walked in much later than usual and the barista offered me a water with my coffee.
This is the only location (outside of once some other place) that remembered my standard drink order.

Excited for the new drive thru Starbucks! I stopped in twice over the last couple of weeks and both visits I was greeted with friendly customer service, fast service, and delicious coffee. Looking forward to having them in the neighborhood!
