This is my first time eating here. I told the cashier that. First problem is that the menu does not list pickles on the sandwich. I just cannot stand pickles. Second problem is that I’m standing there waiting without being given any instructions that I can take the marker and go sit down for them to bring me my food. A young gentleman that works here and is polite told me that I could sit down and they would bring the food when he saw me still standing there. I cleaned the pickle juice off as best as I could. The sandwich was good. I should have asked for sour cream for the fries. They were okay. I’m not in a hurry to come back here.

The most important thing about take out is not only that the food is good, but you have a great customer experience. That is the driving force that makes you comfortable spending your money, and then becoming a repeat customer. Chick-fil-A hands down accomplishes this every time. We are from then south, and we’re so excited to hear they would be coming this way. It’s just a nice place to go.
