We called in take out and we did not regret it! The food was ready when we arrived and stayed warm all the way home. We ordered 1/4 lb of brisket for our son, 2 popper melt sandwiches, coleslaw and potato salad. Everything was absolutely delicious! Also, the sandwich is very filling! We loved how the bread was toasted but was still soft to eat and the melt on the sandwich was perfect!
I highly recommend eating here if you are looking for some good brisket.

Don’t be turned off because it’s a food truck
My wife and I picked up lunch here on a Saturday in July. The photos on Google Maps made our mouths water. We ordered darn near everything on the menu.
* Mac Daddy sandwich (brisket + Mac/cheese)
* Mac n cheese for the kiddo
* Sweet Chipotle Slaw
* Brisket Mac n cheese bowl
* Pulled park and sliced brisket sliders
* 1/2 lb brisket
* St Louis Ribs
* BOBZILLA (brisket/pulled pork sandwich)
* Two cans of Big Red
Everything came out wonderful! This was is probably in my top 5 for best bbq I’ve tasted. The food tasted great and was worth the trip. No complaints on anything.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! I am very picky with BBQ, also for my husband, we took a chance, and it did not disappoint. The Brisket was perfect, not dry at all. The sauce tasted great. You could taste the freshness, from the coleslaw to the cream corn, and even the peach cobble still hot.. The ribs enough said .. I honestly recommend it. I wish I had taken more photos and better ones, but I was enjoying it more..

It isn’t clear from their web site, but this is indeed a food truck plopped on a piece of road side property with some tables.
I was in from out of town and this place lives up to their ratings! We showed up right before closing time and almost all of the sides were sold out (our fault for waiting so long to go) and they were very helpful saying what they could still make us.
