I came here on my birthday and Whitley was our server. She was not only knowledgeable but attentive to our reasoning for being there. She made relevant suggestions and provided advice for the rest of our stay. Very friendly, professional and attentive to us. This was my first time here and I’ll be back because of her and the environment she helped create. Thank you everyone for a good birthday memory.

Anytime we’ve been to sports den in the past has been great but the new bearded bartender had offered the worse service I have ever seen. It felt like he was intentionally terrible. Asked to start a tab, immediately was charged without signing any slip. Asked for refills and dips which was never received and ignored the whole time. Multiple other people at the bar were complaining.

WOW!!!!….Just let me start off with that…ordered two long island ice teas for my self and the wife to drink while playing a game of pool. Sadly it was pretty much just lemonade and soda.the bearded man behind the bar can’t make a drink or doesn’t know how…couldn’t even drink it cuz it was so sour..asked the bartender for our money back and were told we got what we ordered…We did not drink but one sip and he would not give us a refund at all!! Stay away on a Sunday!! Basically the man just wanted to argue with us…

4 of us were in to watch football on 11/13/23. Service was horrible. Everyone had to go up to bar for drinks. Need a cocktail waitress working earlier than 6pm. There were 2 huge tables that I heard were going elsewhere so they can get waited on.
Bartender claimed it was dead in there in her opinion yet had to clean our own table taking empties up to bar. Out food was good but not hot. She had forgotten it so was only warm. Was not a fun and relaxing afternoon when I had to work. I HATE complaining and know it is hard to find help but feel you need to know what is going on

The food is awesome and we had a lovely evening with the help of our server, Faith! She was absolutely amazing!! The wings and pizza are my favorite! There’s darts, Black Jack, Casino machines, bingo on fridays, bowling next door… just So Much Fun!! And the new place looks great! You won’t be disappointed dropping by!
