Very lousy service, student workers don’t seem to know what they are doing and often get orders mismatched or mixed up. Moved very slow, were casually talking to eachother instead of prepping food despite over a dozen tickets on the counter. There appeared to be no organization whatsoever and I had to wait half an hour later than expected just to be underserved in every category despite putting down extra. They are always out of staples, paid for a drink but they were completely out of all of their drinks. Don’t waste your money here just go somewhere else

Consistently out of staple items such as tortillas, chips, beans, chicken, etc. This occurs every time I have tried to order something from this Chipotle. I would understand if it were the end of the night, however this is happening within 20 minutes of opening for the day. I would also be more understanding if there was any signal that they are out of such important ingredients before wasting 20 minutes in line.

Chipotle’s quality has really gone downhill recently. Over the last three times I’ve ordered from here (all of them were on Saturdays), the bowl was only two-thirds full. During each order, the server would only fill the bowl with a half scoop with each ingredient. The server would also be very annoyed that I requested “Extra [ingredient]” after the initial scoop. Also, I ordered when there were no more than three people waiting in line. If you order from here, order in person and ASK for extra ingredient AFTER the initial scoop.

While eating my bowl today, I was suddenly hit by a sharp pain in my throat. I get home to find that my tonsil had been impaled by a 3cm long piece of plastic that was in their food. Absolutely unacceptable.
Additionally, employees are generally rude and do not put enough food in your bowl. I consistently have to ask for more than a half scoop of rice and meat. Compared to my local chipotle, the portions are laughably small.

Ordered catering and WHAT A MISTAKE. We ordered catering for 25 people They delivered fillings but no tortillas or shells. Called and said they would bring them out in 15 minutes. An HOUR AND 15 MINUTES later, they brought them. By that time the food was cold, and many people had pieced together dinner without. Tried to call back after 30 minutes but they had put their phone on cover. Contacted corporate and got zero response. We wil not use them again.
