It wasn’t dripping with mozzarella cheese- just on top & rest was just tasty layers of sautéed eggplant- not breaded, just floued & egged- perfect. I asked for light on sauce & it was, plus linguini was cooked just right. Their salad is always so fresh- I usually don’t like iceberg but the crunch makes up for it’s dullness & varied other veggies so much bettrr than usual onions & tomatoes.
