I order a Italian beef with peppers and cheddar cheese. This is what I got. I spoke with the night manager about a uncooked chicken sandwich they sold my husband. The manager was just as nasty as the food. Do not waste your time or money. I wanted at least a apology but The manager said Anddddd. looked at me crazy with his bloodshot red eyes & walked away. I will never waste a dime on this horrible business again.

The best baked potato soup I’ve ever had. & that strawberry cheese cake? Fire af. I get both every time I come down here. The guys who run the register are always so sweet even when they’re busy. They stay busy af all the time so these 1 star ratings are clearly from people who had 1 bad experience. My boyfriend & I are here at least once every couple of months & we’ve only ever had to be refunded once & management gave us a cash refund & offered us something different for free… no questions asked.

The food is horrible!! We had a $35 voucher for breakfast that was given to us by the hotel because of complaints we presented. The food was HORRIBLE!!!! One thing I can say is the bacon was good though. The food came to the table cold. My husband sent his back. I ordered my steak medium well. It came very well done and I couldn’t eat it. My biscuit was so hard it could’ve been used as a hockey puck. The server agreed to just accept the voucher as payment. There’s no way I would’ve paid the difference. The ppl behind us heard our complaint and decided to leave without ordering. We did leave a tip though.

They should be ashamed of the “so called” spicy chicken sandwich they gave me tonight. It was 10:45ish pm and they don’t close til 3am. I should have had something fresh not the “hard, sloppy, threw together “ sandwich they gave me. And got the nerve to be 9 something dollars. Ridiculous.

The hotel visitors can come here for breakfast, only place I believe is open early and till 3 am at night! They have a decent selection of burgers, ofcourse none of them are vegetarian. Somehow, they also have a very limited reviews on their burgers… don’t know what’s up with that. I came here for breakfast, ordered the only thing I could figure out to eat, parfait ($5), with crispy hash brown ($3) and I thought I ll order a cappuccino, but they only had regular coffee. Well, I mentioned that I don’t need it, apparently the person misheard and rang up starbucks mocha because I enquired about it. Well, anyhow, got my coffee dose fixed and I did spend too much on breakfast ($13+)… they also had croissant, and a range of dessert options. But I couldn’t get myself to order a dessert for breakfast… I’m spending the rest of the day on the road. Anyhow, hope you can enjoy!
